Hobby Lobby — Local services in Attleboro

Went here with my family on July - 5th-2025 . We did get want we were looking forward and than some. This was only 1st time at this particular location. We've been to several in many different states like Texas and Oklahoma as went to one in CT and our local Hobby Lobby in Framingham Mass , in Shoppers World . We like it better the set- up maybe were just used to it. Kind of a " dated store they don't scan anything with a scanner they just punch things in with a code or a book from a blinder very dated. This used to be the former Bob's Clothing Store , I believe... They had a decent amount Christmas they were getting out you could see it from above the shelves. They certainly do have unquine things and cool like trinkets, etc. There's alot of shopping in this plaza like a new Paperstore comi sometime this month, and there's a Market Basket there 5 Below and a lot more. The bathrooms weren't horrible. they were usable. I give it like a 3.5...

The store is great i woud give you 5 stars but you have a cashier, Kaylee, who lacks customer service skills and you get one star. My son and I went to buy some things. He paid for his things, the cashier asked another cashier if the vases are on sale. The other cashier was not sure but then responded to her that yes they were on sale when my things were being rung. Her response to the cashier was well too late now. I responded no it's not too late you need to reimburse him. The cashiers name is Kaylee. Worst customer service skills I've seen in a long time. Her attitude and work skills were awful. Did not offer to wrap the glass vases put them in the bag. My son asked her to give him paper for him to wrap them. I love Hobby Lobby and every one was very nice but today I didn't think the cashier was correct about the price of a book I wanted because the sign said 40 to 50 % off books and that was the only one not marked down. She checked said they all just have that tag. I had checked a bunch of the books before approaching the register and they were all marked down except that one. I had a coupon for 40% off a regularly priced item, so I wanted to use the coupon on the book since it wasn't marked down and she said I couldn't because of the yellow tag, I told her I could get it on Kindle for 12.99, I didn't buy the book.
