McDonald's — Restaurant in Pawtucket

Came here at 10:30pm after a long day at work and the door was locked. I was a little confused about it because it’s never locked when I come to this location. A little boy who was about 13/15 opened the door for me and 3 other people. The manager on shift started screaming at this child saying you don’t work here and how it was a safety issue and talking to the minor as if it was her kid who got in trouble. I want to say first of she is very lucky that was not my child and the mother of the child was very upset. She also yelled at everyone who came in and told them to go into the drive-through because she was short staffed like that was our fault. Everytime I come in to this location I never have a problem but when this lady is working she seems to always be short staffed but that does not stop her from running across the street to the gas station while I wait for my food. This lady doesn’t love her job enough to care. This McDonald’s should be ashamed to have this kind of worker please run your cameras and watch the work ethic. Wait 40 mins for my order. Literally 15 orders prepared before mine was. The issue is organization. The kid who was getting my order together had to move to take orders from customers who came in. The girl who came back in from handing out orders to drivers then took my food and bagged it for other orders. This then caused a situation where my food had to be remade… retraining of management and other employees is a must at this place. It is like this every time I go in there, which isn’t going to happen again. I will find a MD owned by someone else, clearly this owner only likes to collect money and not provide service. When you are paying $8 for a greasy breakfast sandwich, you can’t skimp on service. We don’t pay those prices because the food is good. We want it quickly. You wont get that here.

I had a bad experience with McDonald’s because they gave me cold fries had exchange my fries while I was doing that. I witnessed them putting my fries that I touched back on the shelf with the other fries for the next person to grab.
