Pine Creek Fudge Ice Cream & Espresso — Restaurant in Payson

We ordered two lattes. Both seemed to not have any espresso…we saw half the shot not get collected accidentally… maybe half a shot we got in each drink? She was an older lady that seemed a little stressed instead of inviting. I asked a question and it seemed like she didn’t wanna answer lol. It was such a great atmosphere and everything was sooo cute but it wasn’t a good latte even at 12oz it had almost zero espresso. I know coffee shops split shots and also lattes should be milk forward but this was not it. I am not normally picky. I didn’t even say anything because it’s really not worth it to go back and get a shot out in my cup. It just felt like oddly rushed for no one behind us. I did see a little rush after us. Anyways I might go back just because it’s very cute place and that food...

There is accessible parking in front, and you can go up via the wooden accessible ramp, and there's stairs too. Inside, right when you get in, they have a glass display with fudge and ice cream. The fudge comes in many tantalizing flavors, and what's nice is you can tell them what size cut you want. They then package that in a cute box for you- great service, and the fudge was yummy- just the right amount of sweetness.

The ambience was cozy, with a handwritten menu board, and they have a medium amount of wooden tables and seats to the side. There's also trinkets for sale there too. Service was welcoming. I also really enjoyed the coffee there- the chocolate raspberry was...

I LOVED this cafe. Three fudge is delicious, and so is the ice cream.

I got an affogato as well, and my jaw dropped when I saw them scoop not one, not two, but three full scoops of vanilla ice cream into the cup. Topping it with a shot (or two) of espresso, and for only $7, you can get a treat that both gives you a caffeine rush as well as a sugar rush. Amazing!

I loved the atmosphere as well. Everyone was very friendly.

We stopped by the lavender farm too, and there's a missed opportunity for some delicious lavender lattes here! Or even some lavender...
