DO NOT GO HERE!!! We had been going here for a while and loved the food. Friendly people, great service until July 9, 2022 my birthday. Went in for my birthday dinner and service was beyond horrible!!! Sat there for 30 minutes before getting our drink order put in. I get it if a business is slow or short hand but when other tables are being served before you knowing they came in well after you did this is unacceptable!!! We got there at 7pm and by 7:30 pm still hadn’t placed our drink order, but at least 4 other tables all who came in after 7:15pm they all got there drink and food orders in before us. My husband I counted at least 10 other tables who had gotten there drinks and meals and left before we even got our meals. All these tables had come in between 7:15pm and 7:40pm well after us!!! Then we sat there for another 30 minutes waiting on our waitress so we could place a dessert order, but never did!!! Our waitress kept looking at us and ignoring us and our empty drink cups!!! I flagged another waiter down asking for the manager and low and behold no manager on duty. A lady came and asked us what was wrong and we tried explaining to her what was going on, but all she would do was yell at us saying quit complaining about it being slow!!! This wasn’t the problem at all, it was the fact that our waitress wasn’t doing her job and was servicing other tables that came in well after us and was ignoring us!!! I called in today 7-11-2022 and talked to the main manager and she had the nerve to tell me well I can’t help you with that. My servers do there job and if they yell at you oh well!! She said I’ll talk to my employees, but I don’t see that they did anything wrong at all!! Then the manager told me At least you got your food that’s all that matters. She didn’t even apologize to us for the service we got!!! Again we understand if a business is slow or short handed we deal with that just about anywhere we go anymore, but NEVER do we get ignored or yelled at!!! Nor do we get ghosted as other tables who come in after us get service before us!!!! Will not be going back here...

I have visited this restaurant a couple of times, but this was the WORST experience. My best friend and I took my daughter here. Our server was awful and didn't check on us very often, didn't refill our drinks frequently, and maybe came to our table twice all while listening to her earbud while serving us. Our taco salads were EXTREMELY soggy, and didn't come with the cheese sauce we asked for. Their booths have ripped seats and had bugs inside that I found crawling on my arm. My daughter had a corn dog and french fries. We expressed our concerns to the staff, who didn't seem to care about our experience so we paid and left. Before we even left the parking lot my daughter was breaking out in hives. She is only allergic to cinnamon. I went back inside and showed them and asked them how cinnamon got on my daughters food. They said they cook all their other fried food in the same fryer as the cinnamon desserts. They showed no compassion or concern for the fact that my daughter was having an allergic reaction. I have never had so much disgust or anger for a place, but this certainly tops the list. I have filed a complaint with the state. If you are looking to eat mexican, you would be better off going...

Have eaten here for many years. Will NOT do it again. Moved away a few years ago. Drove an hour out of the way to eat here for old times' sake. Walked in, all of the tables were full of dirty dishes and paper napkins, so we chose the only clear booth. Ordered. Munched on bland pulverized salsa that had no salt and no taste. The chips were delightful. The Dr Pepper was great. 45 minutes later, we asked where our food might be. The front desk greeter went to get it. Fifteen minutes later, it was carried on the arm of our server. Far from the usual caution of the plate being hot, we were told the plates were fine to touch. It was COLD. Sitting in the refrigerator cold. Not just room temp, but had been taken out of the refrigerator. Chimichangas should be hot and the plate should be HOT. We walked out. I didn't have to pay for the Dr Pepper. Will not make the hour long drive again. Used to be great food on hot plates with good service. Have left big tips there in the past. Chips are still good. That's all they got...
