Made 3 trips in a month, 2 of the trips they closed early at prime dinner time (6:30pm) and tonight was the third time in a month something went wrong. Walked in to an online ordering sign. Tried calling before going to avoid being closed or the online ordering cause in the past 6 months, you find these more than walk-in service. You can’t talk to a person, it’s all automated, so after calling and getting an automated machine with no way to get an actual person, I arrived after work only to walk back to my car and do online ordering ( no counter service.) Which isn’t the worst thing, but here is the problem: online ordering time doesn’t match the pick up time! The app said 10 to 15 and it was over 30 mins. This isn’t the first time!! The last time I did online ordering I waited 45 mins! If you’re not having walk in service no excuse for ticket times to be this long. Turn off online ordering if the volume of people are to high, not the other way around! Like every other restaurant does that I’ve ordered from.
With 25 years of management experience, I’m embarrassed for who ever is in charge of this location; they clearly can’t handle the volume of people and corporate clearly doesn’t give a care cause things stay broken for months. How does a place not have ice in the soda machine for over 2 months?
Go to Spitfire Taco in Salem. They are actually open when they say they are! Great food and way cheaper than chipotle!! Ooh and they don’t run out of chips or give you burnt,...

I love Chipotle and it is pretty rare that I have something negative to say about it, but half a dozen trips to this location have now cemented my opinion of it. The staff at this location are awful...They constantly get your order wrong, the location is always messy, and on more than one occasion I have witnessed the staff arguing and cursing at one another in front of customers...It is also common if not guaranteed for this location to be OUT or lacking ingredients. Every visit so far and they have been out of at least one of the following: Steak, Chicken, Mild Salsa, Chips (basically always out of this...6 trips here I think they had chips one time?) and other various condiments/toppings. They also always skimp on whatever meat you get...my last trip they were out of steak and mild salsa and I ended up getting a chicken bowl with 85% rice, beans, lettuce, 5% cheese, and 5% steak for $12.00.... Good luck complaining about your order too. Your complaint will be met with blatant rudeness and attitude. Chipotle aint cheap, so to have a location that is constantly lacking in ingredients, skimping on your order and/or screwing all the while arguing with themselves in the back, is very disappointing. Read moreI work in the area and often order takeout here for lunch. Today is the last day I will ever get food at this establishment. The past 3 times i have submitted a mobile order and gone to pickup my food, I have spent a minimum of 25 minutes past the “promised time” waiting for my order. Remarkably, the place is empty, no line, and the employees all seem to be standing around doing nothing while I wait. I then return to work to open my bowl and find someone else’s order inside. Typically i’ll just give the food to someone else at work or throw it out but today, I decided I was going to head back and get the food that I actually ordered. I was met with scowls and bad attitudes when I politely asked to have my meal replaced with what I had ordered, as if it was a nuisance to the lazy employees who have repeatedly messed up my orders. I want to make clear that the service in the chipotle is awful, the employees are lazy, disrespectful, and poorly trained, and the quality of the food is poor. I have wasted hundreds of dollars here to be disappointed almost every time. If you are considering eating at this dump do yourself a favor and head across the street to qdoba or down 128 to the beverly chipotle, and give your business to a place where the employees work hard and treat customers with...
