First time here. Came in with my wife and 3 kids. Got sat immediately and the waitress Nicole came over immediately and got our drink order. Now I’m a bartender/assistant manager of a restaurant in New Hampshire. We never felt so rushed at a restaurant before. Food came out fairly quick and was pretty good. But Nicole made us feel rushed. My wife was eating her fries and she came over and grabbed the plate and asked if she was finished. She didn’t know her beer menu. I order 2 Sam seasonal and was told it was cold snap. It was winter lager. I had a Caesar salad that I had sitting on the table and she grabbed it again and asked if we were finished when I wasn’t. I was just eating a different item. Then our kids got their dessert and we got the bill paid before we even got their desserts. I had some Togo boxes and asked for a bag and never got one. After the bill was paid she came by the table twice to see if i signed the check. Im sorry but that’s not good service. You shouldn’t make a party feel rushed with their meals. I would give this place another try for sure but hope to have a...
Read moreCame in on Monday with my girlfriend and there was maybe three or four other people in the restaurant and we ordered three appetizers. We waited 30 minutes for our food and the food was cold when we got it. We had two bites of the food and told the waitress that the food was cold and she took the food and brought back the same food and said she heated it up for us and the food came back with a hair in it. 20 minutes later, when our waitress came back she noticed we didn’t eat any of the food and said, “Didn’t like the food?” And I kindly shared with her that it was because there was a hair in the food and she just said “Sorry about that” and didn’t even offer to compensate us for the food…Definitely not returning and quite frankly wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to eat at this restaurant. IF I wanted microwaved food I would’ve gone to market basket and gotten some Tyson chicken tenders in the frozen section. If I could rate it lower than a one I would rate it a light to...
Read moreMy family and I decided to try Tony C's in Peabody for lunch after seeing the menu and sports theme online. My son has a severe peanut allergy so our usual practice is to alert the wait staff when ordering, which we did. We told our waitress of the allergy. We were then visited by a manager a few minutes later who informed us he will check with the kitchen to make sure all the food would be safe for my son. He returned to say all is good. The food was excellent. Great burgers, fantastic draft choices, tasty, just what we needed on a cold November afternoon. A second manager came by to let us know my son's meal came with ice cream he knew would be safe since all ingredients were known to be without any cross contamination. The level of service provided by both wait staff and management was first class. We are beyond impressed with the restaurant. The peace of mind provided by restaurant staff in regards to a food allergy is priceless. This establishment has...
