You have lost our family as a customer. Worst customer service ever. Called and asked what they do when they delivered the wrong order and was told by the person that answered the phone that they were adamant they sent the right order. Adamant- He even said that he remembered cooking only one Pepperoni pizza and that he was looking at it in the store so I couldn’t even have a pepperoni pizza. We ordered two cheese pizzas and they were refusing to fix the order. I was called a liar. I had to take a picture by my own doing and ask for a phone number to send it to. After being called a liar and sending this picture the person then said ‘oh I guess it does have pepperoni.’ He said that they would send out another pizza and give us a $10 credit. The pizza that they were supposed to send out to correct the order was not even delivered an hour and a half later, I had to call the store and check and they forgot to send it out, I was told they were going to make it and send it out. My kids are in bed sleeping before it was delivered. There’s no way I was allowing that to be what it was...I asked to speak to a manager because of the way that I was entirely disrespected. Not only did they mess up the pizza up - the salad dressing was wrong and there was missing parts of the salad but I didn’t even complain about that because that was mine, not my kids. The manager Was supposed to call me in the morning the next day and I had a call the store at 530pm to find out that the manager said he was too busy to call me. The conversation with the manager was pretty much laughable but I received a refund.I find the store to be laughable And it seems to be run by people that have no idea how to treat customers. This is the worst customer service! Never will I go to this restaurant again....
Read moreThe food is usually good. Some of the employees are rude. My husband found a wallet on the ground outside in the parking lot the day before Christmas with a decent amount of cash inside. Once he got home we were able to track the id and message the owner, who turned out was an employee, within 15 minutes. Instead of thanking my husband for locating and reaching out to return her property, the individual demanded he return right away. As my husband and daughter were on their way to return the wallet, another employee, who was not the owner called me to tell me he needed to hurry up. When my husband arrived the owner grabbed the wallet and asked if he took any money and informed him she was going to check and count the cash. Every dollar, card and item was as it had been except for her id, which I had accidentally forgotten to hand back before he left. He came all the way back home and returned again to bring it to her, going out of his way to make sure everything was returned. If he was dishonest, we wouldn't have bothered to try and find her (she had an out of town address which is why he didn't assume she worked there) For all that he could of at least gotten a thank you instead of suspicious accusations, bad attitudes and reheated pizza once he...
Read moreI'm hoping that this post will be taken in the context of the actual experience and not considered a dish on the business. I think Peachtree City residents should be prepared for what to expect. 1 we stopped in at Marcos pizza on our way to Line Creek to get a pizza delivered. 2 we ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. They said the usual 30 min delivery by with a $3 delivery charge. 3 an hour later we called and were told that the driver that had our pizza was directed to go to Sharpsburg delivery first, even though we were 5 minutes away. 4 not unexpectedly the pizzas were cold. What was unexpected was that the $9 salad we had paid for was not in the order. 5 when management was called they offered to remake the order ( wait another hour, I think not) or a store credit for the salad and barely any concession or any apology....like it was our fault he had mismanaged the order.
In hindsight not surprising they had an empty restaurant. Guessing the poor management has many implications. If you find out they come under new management, let me know. Otherwise NEVER ordering or...
