Waffle House — Restaurant in Peachtree City

If you have a service dog, I wouldn't recommend eating here. My husband and I made the mistake of darkening the doorway with my service dog and an elderly couple saw us walk in with her on her lead (totally minding and being well behaved, mind you) and decided that they didn't want to eat there because there was a dog there. Which is fine, thats their prerogative.

My problem started when they explained to the manager why they were leaving saying "I just don't want to eat somewhere with a dog" The manager then replied "That's okay, honey. I feel the SAME way!"

I can let the customer's rude remarks slide, but the manager was completely unprofessional and obnoxious. My dog is trained, well behaved and most likely the CLEANEST thing in that establishment. Long story short, if you have a service animal- I'd steer clear. Obviously this location has an issue with individuals who need a service animal JUST TO LIVE THIER LIFE LIKE...

Morning staff 100% takes the cake here. Order is always perfect and my boyfriend and I never have to beg for food. Melissa on night shift is the only reason I would ever show up again after 12pm. She was the best tonight!!! Brandon on the grill was also great and made our food perfectly :)

First time at night shift tonight and the initial service sucked. Tables were dirty, floors were sticky and messy, and despite being the only two people in the restaurant we waited 5-7 minutes to even be greeted, not to mention actually getting our order taken. Server took our order on a napkin and messed up both entrees. Didn’t even come back for us to let her know our food was bad.

I went to the Waffle House off of 74 and it was horrible. Took forever to get a table and when one did become available, the waitress took her time, cleaning up the table. I asked one of the other employees if I could have a cloth to wipe the table myself.Then the waitress that was cleaning the table off initially, came over and said, "I will get it" and she was very rude. Also,when my husband and I got our food, the plate that was brought over to me was sticky, my coffee cup had old lipstick around top of the mug, and my water had debris in it. This is the worse experience, that I have ever had at a Waffle House in my life. It use to be that Waffle House was one of my favorite places to eat, but this experience has made me think twice when I drive pass one of your establishments.
