Ranchero Bar & Grill (Westpark) — Restaurant in Peachtree City

First, the waitress who sat us, sat us like we were an inconvenience. Second, the booths were way too tight. A grown man would have trouble getting in and out of them. Little kids may be able to fit. We had to sit at a table. Everything was so close together. Our waitress was nice, but she was waiting 2 other tables and it took forever to get drinks. Drinks and chip refills were pretty much non existent. When we did get the chips, they were burned and tasted terrible. The salsa tasted like tomato water. When we finally got our meal, our chalupa was a taco, our taco meat had no flavor and it was luke warm like it had been sitting out for a while. Finally, our waitress disappeared for an hour. The manager ended up giving us our check since we didn't know where our waitress was. I dont believe in not tipping, but we almost didn't leave her a tip. PISS POOR SERVICE....

I ate here yesterday for cinco de mayo. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy yet. Our server was horrible. He was an older Hispanic man maybe around sixty. We sat in the back on the upper level near the bathroom. First off he never came to the table after about 15 /20 minutes I had to ask a server to get who ever our server was. The server just left us there. Once he brought our cheese dip, he never came back to provide any service. He didn’t refill our drinks, check to see if we needed anything, and he didnt bring our food. I ordered fajitas by the time I got them there was no steam or smoke coming from the skillet. Look like the food was just sitting back there in the kitchen. Horrible service...

Me and my family have been eating here for 24 years and we LOVE it we have never had any problems with the food or service there are several Mexican restaurants between our home at this restaurant and we have tried some of them and we always end up back here I have read several reviews and was shocked to here some of the things said I guess the best review is the fact that they are still open and in the same spot with the same owner after 24 years we eat here several times a month and we even get take out we are very pleased with the price,the taste of the food,the wonderful service and most of the time you get quick service couldn't ask for more keep up the...
