Just discovered this place and I really like it. They have a great assortment of open box / slightly damaged / last on the shelf items at prices much lower than retail. I purchased a new, damaged box treadmill for less than half of retail. There was a minor issue with it and when I came back the owner was more than happy to help me resolve my issue and everything is working great now. Bought a fan that they listed as new on Facebook marketplace. Took it home and opened and it was clearly used and it worked for 30 seconds and turned off. I brought it back and now they don’t offer refunds. They offered store credit only. Nowhere in the store goes it says no refunds.
