Corners Wings Cafe — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

My girlfriend was being nice and just brought me a 2 piece whiting plate from this place and it was terrible.🤨 Apparently, the owners thought it was a good idea to slice the filets in half and fry them the same way as full size filets without customers noticing.😩🤦🏿 The ½ cut filets were fried so hard with so much coating that it turned to jerky. I had to use a fork to scrape the thin layer of fish from inside the thick coating. It was way more cornmeal coating than actual fish 🐟 😐. The tartar sauce looked coagulated and tasted highly acidic as if it was made weeks ago and sat until sold, highly inedible.🤢 The fries are basic from the bag frozen (either US Foods or Sysco) 🛄🍟 and they were bland and tasted like straight up grease. There is no way I'm eating from here again. The customers that gave this place 4 stars and higher either don't know what good food is or never had better. This place screams "Tell me you prefer profit over quality, without telling me you prefer profit over quality!". Wings are not worth the experience. I am a fan of this establishments wings. Everything else on their menu is fast food drive through window quality at best. Though I like these smaller sized wings because you get the flavor of the wing sauce in every bite, I rarely visit this establishment. Today it took me about an hour to obtain my "to go" order after calling in to place the order 30 minutes before arriving at the establishment. They do take call in orders but they never ever start cooking your order until you arrive and pay for the order. You often stand in a very small crowded area with all of the other people who called in orders. As well, this establishment does NOT require customers to wear mask. 50% of the customers did not wear mask and one youg lady had an obvious cold or allergy condition. This young lady had numerous coughing and sneezing fits while not wearing a mask in a small crowded room. As I stated before, the wings are pretty good and are usually cooked thoroughly. Found a staple in my wings, called the store to inform them and spoke with Kim. (I believe she is the owner) Kim encouraged me to bring the wings back to the store, she spent 10 minutes shouting at me on how it was impossible to have a staple imbedded in my food. I ate 4 wings before I found the staple and because of that I didn’t receive a full refund. She was shouting at me whilst explaining how I embedded the staple into my own food, I asked why she was shouting at me and she explained that “She just talks high”.

I was not only embarrassed that she took my fiancé behind the kitchen to show there were no staples but also aggravated that she decided to shout/scream at me for their mistake instead of make it better.
