Waffle House — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

This Waffle House sucks and is so bad. Customer service is like hell. I went there with kids in afternoon for lunch. It was empty and waitress sitting there saw us and ignore us. We sitting there for 10 minutes but no one was there to take us order. After 10 minutes, cook came to us and ask for drink. I ask for kids orange juice for my kids. Cook asked waitress, Shamika for kids cups and she said so rudely and loudly these kids dont need sippy cups, they look big and cook gave adult orange juice cup for kids too. then waitress Shamika took our order and she dint allow me to complete my order and went away that she got it. I asked for fresh hot cup of coffee and she rudely answered it is fresh which brewed 15-20 mins earlier and refused to brew fresh one. I dint get coffee then. I ordered for old fashioned omelette but she gave me regular one. I asked her if she can make what I ordered and she took my plate angrily and said rudely "OH LORD MERCY" and bang plate in sink. Another old lady who was sitting there to ordered when saw that waitress attitude, she left without ordering. Waitress keep on murmering about old fashion omelette and give burnt waffle to my kids. Manager was there watching everything and when I complain him about waitress, he pointed me the number on door and told me to call this number for complaint. I was so pissed off with both waitress Shamika attitude and manager reaction, that I left store at same time. It was worst customer service experience I ever...

Update 2yrs later: they are currently closed at 6am but the website shows 24hrs. A young lady inside said that they don’t open until 7am. Unheard of…

The very rude and immature “DJ” needs to grown up and be retrained. He wouldn’t even listen to his manager instead he argued with me for them making my order incorrectly. I called in but of course my order wasn’t correct despite only three other parties already eating no one acknowledged me until minutes after sitting. To make a long experience short. My entire order was thrown in the trash (without being told so) out of spite for them having to remake my eggs. Making me wait even more... I requested and spoke with the manager and he also agreed that it was unnecessary for my order to have been thrown in the trash but he or none of the other employees could calm down DJ from verbally attacking me. Check the cameras to confirm my story. He couldn’t find my ticket for me to pay. That helps paint the less than acceptable experience. I will definitely go to the other Waffle House moving forward and definitely reaching out to cooperate. See the time on this post (wrote in their parking lot) and the time on the ticket. For me to take time out (of my hectic schedule) to write a review means A LOT! I spared this place quite a few times, but enough is enough. I don’t recommend visiting here (at least in the morning). I absolutely hate putting my own people down, but their customer service is horrible. The only time I actually enjoyed myself was when the short haired woman was on the grill. Any other time was not worth it AT ALL. They never greet upon arrival, they act like they don’t want to be there, the older male manager curses his team out in front of customers, and is rude/impolite. There’s no sense of urgency whatsoever. One time, my server actually snapped on me for inquiring about their shortage of to go cups (when I had no idea they were out). Maybe, it’s just the morning crew, hopefully. I understand that most aren’t morning people, but it’s a breakfast place and I’m big on energy so I will NOT be returning here (if l can help it).
