Peachtree Corners FINALLY has a local, latin-owned coffee shop..! Things you should know: I. PARKING U&Me Coffee Bakery is in the same plaza as the BP gas station convenience store. Parking is directly out front and free. Very easy. II. SERVICE Undoubtedly the best part about this cafe! The two owners (a lovely married couple) will personally serve you and even check up on you throughout your visit. I've never seen such a personal touch added to a coffee shop experience and it's very pleasant. WiFi is available here and they do have sugar-free syrup options for my friends who like to add guilt-free items to their beverages. III. QUALITY All the in-store food and drink is served in glassware. I've been finding this less and less common in Atlanta. For some reason, everyone wants to use paper cups so I can appreciate that U&ME put effort towards dishware presentation. On the other hand, their baked items are delicious and reasonably priced. IV. CAPACITY You'll notice various nooks and a diversity of designs to sit at during your time here. It's really a great place to camp out at and knock out work or catch up with loved ones. They're a new cafe so give this business a warm welcome and...
Read moreI instantly felt cozy and comfortable when I walked in because of the low lighting and the TV was displaying a roaring fireplace. The register and pastries are to the right with easy to find menus. To the left are a couple table tops with chairs and a couple of large sofas with round tables. The bathrooms are hidden behind a wall of holiday decor.
I have been searching for a local coffee shop that uses mugs and plates when you dine-in. I’m excited to come again because my favorite activity is reading a book while sipping on a nice balanced latte. I ordered a white chocolate mocha with hazelnut syrup. The espresso tasted just right and the syrups weren’t overpowering and just sweet enough to still taste the espresso and milk. I also ordered one of their breakfast croissants. It was quite cold in the middle when I received it. I didn’t mind it as much because the croissant itself was sweet so I took my time eating the sandwich. I would order it all again and it was...
Read moreAs much as I love to keep hidden gems to myself, I had to share this tasty "secret." This is my second time coming to U&ME, and let me tell you...the delicious coffee and food are not flukes! They are the real deal at this café. On both visits, I ordered the U&ME latte (iced and hot), and I was not disappointed (I drank it too quickly to take a picture 😂). For food, I had the Paula chicken sandwich and the Cubano sandwich. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious (literally, the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had in Atlanta--crusty Cuban bread, fresh slices of meat, and melts cheese!) The customer service is outstanding--super-friendly, courteous, and efficient (shout out to Jimena!!!) There's no reason why this café should not be busy every day. 💜
Addendum: Parking is limited! The café is connected to a gas station and surrounded by other stores with a shared parking lot. There seems to be only 6 or 7 parking spaces solely...
