Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pearl

It would be very nice if there was a direct number to call that goes straight to the store instead of to a customer service line that can't do anything other then place an order. I placed an order got it delivered and my order was messed up if I had a vehicle I would have just drove over and got it taken care of but it's currently in the shop, I was on the phone with customer support for almost an hour with them "transferring" me to the store but every time would get sent back to them. Finally called doordash support since they are the ones that delivered the order was on the phone with them for half an hour trying to get this taken care of when THEY were the ones to send me to someone on pizza huts support team that could take care of it for me. They need to either give a customer support number that takes care of everything or get a phone for the building and answer it and take care...

Well I tried ordering online at 8:30. They close at 10. And it said they were already closed so I called and ordered over the phone. I wanted 12 wings and the family pasta deal. I did notice that the order over the phone was dang near $20 more expensive than it was online but he repeated the order to me and said he applied every coupon that he could. Instead of what I ordered, I got two square cheese pizzas, a cold order of cheese sticks, the wings were good in fairness, but it wasn’t worth $45.00 pre-tip. There’s so much I could type for days.. This location is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Let’s start with if you can get someone to pick up the phone IF!! They NEVER pick up!!One day I ordered online and needed to modify my order do you think they picked up NO!! I called for over 10 minutes I ended up calling another location to which we were told this location is notorious for not answering. The delivery man has failed to give me my drinks upon arriving to my home. I have no idea how they are able to run this business the way they have..
