THIS MCDONALD'S DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR WRONG FOOD ORDER, HOW MANY KIDS YOU HAVE, THE COLOR OF YOUR HAIR, HOW MANY MARRIAGES YOU MIGHT HAVE HAD, IF YOU DON'T HAVE A WASHING MACHINE OR IF YOUR BLOW DRYER BURNED OUT AT 5AM, NOTHING, NADA & THAT WILL BE YOUR EXPERIENCE, TOO! WHY? BECAUSE THIS MCDONALD'S OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR HOW MISMANAGED THIS RESTAURANT HAS BECOME. ALL THE OWNER OR "STAKE HOLDERS" HAVE TO DO IS READ THE REVIEWS & THEY DO, BECAUSE THEY RESPOND TO SAID REVIEWS WITH CANNED OR AI RESPONSES! 3 WEEKS AGO, ordered the big breakfast, received sausage instead of the bacon. Hair in the biscuit. TYPICAL DAY AT THIS LOCATION. TODAY, we went back, hoping that the "during the week crew" would prove a better experience. NOT SO! My husband pulls up to the drive thru, orders; Big breakfast, no sausage, replace with bacon & a sausage egg McMuffin. The woman behind the mic screams back, "WHAAAAAAAAAAAT?". I am screaming in my head WHAAAAAAAT? THIS PERSON IS AT WORK!! & THIS IS HOW SHE CONDUCTS HERSELF, AT WORK!! If employees are acting this way, there is a management problem happening right there at this MCDONALD'S on Main in Pearland, Texas. So, My husband repeats the order. He was not rude. He gets home, no bacon & no Sausage Egg McMuffin. He goes back to this MCDONALD'S ON MAIN IN PEARLAND, NO, "SORRY SIR, WE MESSED UP YOUR ORDER". No rush to make this mistake right. As I just wrote that last sentence, I literally laughed out loud!! I REPEAT, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!! Like a fool I have been going to this MCDONALD'S since it opened. My daughter's 7th birthday party was held here. She is 37 now but back then, the experience was pleasant. The attendants were pleasant. The food used to be good. Read moreI have frequented this location numerous times over the years. Since I have started using the mobile app, I have, not once, gotten my order as I ordered it. Typically, they forget items...this time I ordered 8 sandwiches and only received 6. When I brought this to the attention of the drive through, they asked me to wait in line to speak to the manager at the first window. I pull to the first window and I was asked what was missing. The girl at the first window said I would need to pull to the second window "since it's closer to the manager" Reluctantly, I agreed. The first window should have corrected my order (I used to work at McDonald's, we did this all the time). Once arriving at the 2nd window, I was told to pull up again to wait for the manager so they "could help customers". Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, am I not a customer? I voiced this opinion and disagreed to pull forward, again. I asked to speak with the manager directly once the girl asked me to pull forward for the second time. She left to, seemingly, speak with the manager. She came back to confirm that I needed two plain sandwiches that were missing, to which I confirmed. She mentioned that the manager was coming as she left again. A few more minutes go by and she comes back with my sandwiches. The manager didn't even bother to come speak with me despite my request. Also, I ordered two sandwiches with lettuce ($.25 additional each) and was given, literally, about 15 slivers of their shredded lettuce between the two sandwiches. Please see the photo of what $.25 of lettuce looks like from this McDonald's. This issue occurred on 1/2/23 at 9:10-30 PM. Read moreSlow, slow, slow, slow!!!! Rude, rude, rude, and rude! Been in Pearland my whole life, never had problems until a few years back. The employees all act like they came in after a nap or something. Maybe they're all high, but they drag... slooowwwww! There can literally be 1 person ordering besides you and it'll take forever to get your food and they have a million people back there! They are loud, was sitting in there eating on 2 different occasions and I could not get past the yelling, loud talking, jumping around and one manager yelling at them over something stupid when she should have been yelling at them for being inappropriate. My thought was, where was that energy when we need our food cooked! Drive thru... oh my... mean! The employees are always fighting with eachother or have attitude and my order is always messed up!... how hard is it to order 4 double cheeseburgers... but they forget cheese... or they make them plain... or they make singles... or its cold (which is almost all the time)... and it'swrapped and put together sloppy... this happened to me several times! What really gets me, is it seems like no matter where you go in this town now, the service sucks and the people are rude!!!... Really, really rude! I'm sorry, I grew up with manners, a smile, and a thank you mam, or sir. But now, you say thank you and they look past you. No conversation or kindness even a small bit. This place, like all the rest, even the Whataburger down the street need to fire all of them and start from scratch... hire people who take pride in being kind to eachother and others!
