Oh My Tea! - Main St — Restaurant in Pearland

I hate to write a bad review on any restaurant. But, I unfortunately did not have a good experience with my order here at this place. I can say one thing, their customer service skills were good. The person that took my order was really patient with us as this was our first time at the establishment and my 9 year old daughter was pretty indecisive on what she wanted to order there. For that I tipped him for his patience. But as for my food! 0/10! I chose those place out of all the other places that I can choose from because of the pictures and videos I saw on social media. I am very particular about the places I pick to eat so I was excited to choose this place because of the amazing reviews and the food choices they had here. We had the Korean corn dogs and (2) fruit slushies. My total came up to about $37.00 so I was hoping my order would be amazing because I just spent 30 something dollars on (4) corn dogs and (2) drinks so I was expecting excellence! My Korean dogs were SO hard to chew on! Like the person double deep fried or something or I had stale bread. My daughter and I couldn’t take a bite out of that corn dog at all! It was scratching the top of my gums and mouth and I just couldn’t take it! So I finally got a bite out of the potato one and realized I couldn’t chew it. I was constantly chewing on this one piece I was able to put in my mouth. I just couldn’t take it. So I bit into the other one. The presentation on the hot cheetos corn dog was not what I was expecting. First off, we didn’t get hot cheeto dust. We got a bunch of small pieces of hot Cheeto on the corn dog that has supposedly been deep fried with the corn dog and made the corn dog even harder to chew because now the chips are stale and hard to eat because it’s been fried to hard. No cheeto dust! It didn’t look like the picture at all! I know what it’s suppose to taste like because we have eating Korean Corn Dogs from other places before and what we got was not what we expected. So on to the drinks. Immediately NO! My daughter and I stomach was hurting so bad. I can tell it was a real fruit juice. But I believe it was spoiled. My daughter complained about her stomach all night. I had to get her medicine to help with her stomach ache. We literally threw everything away. A waste of money and I was not happy because I literally spent all that money to not eat nothing. I called the establishment to see if they will issue a refund but no answer and I’m not close to this place to just go up there. So I am stuck to writing a not so good review and I don’t like that I have to do this but my money was wasted and I don’t like that. I have pictures but I prefer to not show that to public. It will not be a good sight to see. I’m sorry to this company I had to write such a bad review. If you end up contacting me and talking to me about the situation I will take this down because like I said I don’t like writing reviews like this. I am all about supporting small businesses but when the business is not up to par with food expectations...

I have tried so many milk tea places but this place has the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered the milk tea with milk foam but then it came out without the milk foam. When I asked, the lady said I didnt order it and if I want milk foam, I need to pay for them to open it up and add the foam. There is no way the first lady who took the order didnt hear it because I did ask for cheese foam and she said they dont have it so I asked for the milk foam. If they just said that they forgot, I could pay and get the foam but they had a really bad attitude 🙂. And the boba smells like soap to me. My husband brought it back and asked if they were able to fix it and of course they said no and he also complained about the milk foam. They were like you didnt check the receipt before paying so missing the foam is on customer. We ended up throwing the drink. quiet little place. there was 2 people i saw working it, i ordered the brown sugar boba and the lady seemed to be making it fresh and taking her time which i appreciate! lots of other boba shops around use powdered everythinggg and stale boba but my drink was delicious & my boba was so soft and sweet! i also got the spicy miso ramen, which, i wasn’t having too high expectations for. the broth flavor was on point, but the noodles were definitely cheap and lacking, and for me, that’s what makes a ramen amazing. so for the ramen i’d say 7/10 definitely the best in the pearland area that i’ve tried. so maybe just come here for their boba and snacks, i’ll...
