Visiting Scooter’s Coffee in Pearland has quickly become one of my favorite stops for a pick-me-up. The coffee tastes fantastic—rich, smooth, and full of flavor without being overly bitter. I’ve also really enjoyed their cold refreshers, which are crisp, refreshing, and perfect for a hot Texas day. Every drink I’ve tried has been consistently delicious and made just right.

The service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and quick, which makes the whole experience even better. I especially love the little signature touch when they say, “Scoot around to the window”—it’s fun, unique, and gives the visit a personal feel that you don’t get everywhere else.

The drive-thru is efficient, making it super convenient when I’m on the go, and the quality of the drinks never feels rushed. It’s clear they take pride in both their product and their customer service.

Frustrating first experience here. Driving around the Pearland area and saw Scooters and saw the good reviews, so we thought we'd try it. We went in the drive through and tried ordering word for word what was on the drive through menu. The person inside said hello and asked us for our order, and while I was ordering I could hear her laughing and talking to her coworkers inside. After I finished placing my order, she said, "sorry what?"... I replaced my order and she was confused by every word coming out of my mouth... even though I was ordering drinks word for word from the menu... we both settled for something we didn't want because the person taking our order was incompetent and when we got to the window, the order was wrong and multiple items were missing. I don't plan on going back, since the staff is completely unfamiliar with...

I’ve been coming here for years and still stop by whenever I’m craving my regular white mocha — they really do it best. I just wish they offered more flavor options, like a banana cold foam or other seasonal choices. I used to love the maple waffle, but it’s been pretty dry the last few times I’ve ordered. Lately, I’ve also noticed they’re closed at random times, which can be frustrating when you make the trip. Most of the employees are super friendly and welcoming, though there was one time when a staff member came off really rude — maybe there’s been some tension behind the counter.
