This weekend my niece got married. When I went to pick up the cupcakes for her wedding I was told that they were not available and someone should’ve contacted my sister to let her know that they were on back order and that they had no cupcakes available for this time period. At that point I called my sister to let her know less than 24 hours to the wedding that we had no cupcakes for the wedding, I began calling every single grocery store and bakery in the area nobody could accommodate 200 cupcakes in that short period of time. Finally I called sugar on top and could not be more pleased with the reception that I got she was as deeply distraught as I was about the order not being filled and there are no cupcakes available for my nieces wedding, she agreed to do 200 cupcakes in less than 24 hours for us I was ecstatic that she could do it. The next morning I went to pick up the cupcakes they were beautiful! Packaged beautifully and she included such a lovely note to my niece and her new husband about how happy she was and hope the union was filled with love. It was such a professional and heartfelt experience that I am happy to recommend sugar on top to anyone in the Houston area this is a small business that is starting to grow I feel strongly about supporting small businesses and again cannot be more pleased with the way that everything turned out! People raved about the cupcakes said they were some of the best I’ve ever had they were moist, delicious, fresh and clearly clearly made with so much love involved. Omg!!!! This is my favorite baker. Literally EVERYTHING she makes is delicious. She has designed sweets for every party/gathering I’ve had for the past 2 yrs... I personally love her strawberry cake with both cream cheese & buttercream icing (dont judge me), all of the cookies and let me not for get the banana pudding cups!
