I really like this location because itâs really cool that the drive thru is not a person but automatic. It saves time on the âhuhsâ and mistakes people can make. Youâd think because thereâs less responsibility of taking orders everything else would run smoother but thatâs not the case. I come here quite often because itâs close to my job but Iâd highly recommend NOT going inside if youâre in a rush or on lunch. If youâre inside they completely put you on the back burner and focus on drive thru. So even if that line is long, stay in it because itâll go by way quicker than if you go inside. I spent like 5 minutes in the drive thru and it was moving a little slow so I thought Iâd just go inside to pick up my online order because it would be quicker. I was wrong and stood waiting for like 15 minutes until I just got in my car and went back in drive thru. I literally saw the people I was behind in drive thru leave while waiting inside. Then when I went back in drive thru and came up to the window they hadnât even began making my order because they told me they were making it now. Also thereâs no excuse of putting drive thru orders before online orders because had I ordered it in the drive thru theyâd have to make it right then anyway so why wasnât my online order ready. Just because I went inside? Weird. Anyway I was late to clock back in so donât go inside. Lastly, many times when Iâve gone the beans taste old or like a strange taste I donât know how...
   Read moreNormally I like Taco Bell. Theyâre quick and good! I went during lunch rush today and the customer service inside the lobby was HORRIBLE! There was one man in front of me and after having to ASK to be helped the woman told him to enter his order on the kiosk. He told her he didnât WANT to use the kiosk and asked to have his order taken at the counter. She reluctantly took his order then finally asked me what I needed (I had a mobile order but went in bz the line was too long in drive through). While we were waiting the other man noticed he was overcharged by $2.00 for his order and called the lady back over. He even asked me to verify what the sign said. She argued with him saying âyeah but the prices changedâ. He said it doesnât matterâŚyour sign says $12.99.â So the lady told him she didnât have TIME to take care of the issue. He got mad and told her to cancel his order. Iâm in customer service, too and you DO NOT EVER tell a customer you donât have time to take care of their issue!!    Read moreI'm so sad and disappointed! Ask for freshly cooked fries and they gave me already cooked fries that tasted like they were put in the microwave. I went back through the drive thru before leaving asked again if they were made fresh, the drive thru girl said you can come around to the window followed by a man asking "what is the problem" I asked a 3rd time and he stated they were made fresh which THEY WERE NOT. They were flat and flabby not crisp!
Update: After calling the manager, she offered to remake the order no questions asked. When I arrived at the window, the girl at the window continuously smiled like she knew it wasn't made right the first time.
To the guy who lied, if you don't like your job, just stay home. Don't make Taco Bell look bad. I would possibly expect this behavior late at night, but it was 2:10 in the evening. Come on people!
