Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pecos

Okay it’s been more than just once now, but the first problem was four weeks ago when I had ordered two pizzas and wings, since their app was down, I called and ordered, they told me it’ll take 30 mins I get there by 6 the time it was supposed to be ready and they kept telling me to wait 15 more mins over and over. It took them 2 hours to have my pizza ready. After this experience I was so fed up with Pizza Hut I wasn’t even gonna bother writing a bad review, but they’re terrible service is still there and idk if this review will help address that problem, if it does great and if it don’t hopefully people will see this before wasting their time and money waiting for a rushed pizza that will look like it was made by a kid.

After this I’m never again buying Pizza Hut at least here in Pecos, my wife tried calling and ordering today since their app was down, when is it not huh, and she got told it’s $20 for one medium pepperoni pizza, yeah with the terrible service they been having and raising the prices,...

Last night I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce. My Fiance went to pick it up and he said that when he got there he had excellent service and the cashier payed very much attention to his needs and was kind when giving him our order. When he got home we opened the box and our pizza was visually stunning. The pizza had a healthy amount of sauce and looked extra cheesy, and lastly had the perfect amount of pepperoni. (I’m not usually a pepperoni lover but this experience pmo and was very delightful.) Our pizza was picture perfect and totally satisfied our cravings for a delicious pizza. Also wanted to mention that I am from out of town and even in my home town our pizza hut is never this good, and where I’m from has so many options for pizza parlours as well, and those also do not compare. I ordered from the Pecos Pizza Hut today and the service was bad. I ordered online and my order was to be done in 15 minutes. I got there and waited ten minutes before anyone approached me about my order. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my order. When I ordered online a lot of the items for a pizza was unavailable. When my pizza was done they forgot to put jalapeños on the pizza, so they heated some up and just threw them on the pizza. I also had boneless wings. They were so small and not worth the money. The drink machine has been broke for over a year. The place is dirty. The ceiling looks nasty. Also they don't use gloves to prepare the pizzas. Not sure why you have a letter posted that says improvements coming to this location. That letter has been there for over a year. That restaurant needs to be gutted and redone. I will not order from there again. I would give it zero...
