Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pelham

I ordered a pizza for a delivery. The order taker asked me about the address. I said yes this is the address, but I said I am in a new suite upstairs. I told the order taker to call me upon arrival. I told the order taker I would walk downstairs in case the driver didn’t want to walk upstairs. I am thinking I am being considerate and making sure the driver wouldn’t have to walk up two flights of stairs. Fast forward, I saw the driver zooming out of the parking lot. I was wondering where he was going? I had not received my pizza. Lo and behold the driver delivered the pizza to an old address downstairs. And sat the pizza on the ground. There were ants and flies flying around the pizza. I feel sad because my appetite changed to see someone without regards to my food sanitation and safety. I really feel sad. I threw that pizza you see in the photo in the trash. Dominos delivered a new one. The second pizza had a bad smell. My appetite isn’t there. I’m just going to have iced coffee for dinner. #WastedFood #WastedMoney :-(

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT : Since placing an order over the phone @ the Domino’s in Pelham, Alabama, I have had two unauthorized transactions on my account. One on the same date (07/10/2024) I placed an order for a pizza. And the second unauthorized transaction was this morning (07/16/2024) I had to cancel my card and order a new card. HENCE, DO NOT GIVE ANYONE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD NUMBER...

Wheewwww Weeee!! Man! Let me tell you something. Dominos pizza is Amazing! But THIS LOCATION RIGHT HERE is TOP TIER! No joke, EVERY SINGLE specialty pizza or custom pizza I get is off the chain and this has been for like the past 4 years. The pizza dough and toppings are always extremely fresh and they literally make the pizza in 10 minutes. Like how do you get to my house that fast EVERY TIME?

My friends have even told me how jealous they are that they don't live by this location because our pizza is always picture perfect! My mom grabbed a slice and then slid me the box and said "let me watch out. This pizza is good enough to slap your mama and I don't want to get slapped."

No need to strategize on what piece of pizza to get. EVERY Piece is the best piece. And just a little piece of advice from me:

Order the thincrust so when you eat the whole box you won't feel so guilty. 😎👌

I placed an order of a medium pizza and an eight piece wings today at 12:50 pm. My order was delivered, as I was going to eat my wings (mild sauce) to be exact. They gave me an unappealing smell. I go to taste one wing and as just as the bad smell to it, they did not taste great. To be clear this was my second time receiving wings like this. The first time I left a comment on my order for them to double check the expiration date from using the sauce. If I could describe the smell it would be mold-like.
