This is my least preferred location of all the chick-fil-a we order through. The catch is it is convenient and these managers know this. The do not strive to have better or more timely deliveries. I have listened to so many conversations between employees about how they put their phones away if certain managers are there but if not they do not care. No one cares enough to keep the employees accountable and no one cares about the time service. More than once I have been stuck in line forever.

I did a mobile order at 5:15PM as of right now (5:35pm) I am still sitting in the drive through line. I ordered 1 combo. Nothing special no extras. The delays and service at terrible. For one of the more heavily staffed fast food restaurants more of these employees are just standing around doing nothing. Maybe consider changing management or hiring more kitchen employees.

It is not like this is a random occurrence. This is a problem at this location. Eventually someone in management needs to care about the reputation of this location.

I’ve never in my life had bad Chick-fil-A, the people were nice! Me and my helper went here for lunch. My food was bad! It tasted old, I ate it anyways because I paid almost 10$ for a # 3 chicken nuggets, and fries! About 45mins after I ate I started throwing up I called Chick-fil-A store in pell city. They said they would tell the kitchen manger, I said ok have a good day. About 20 mins after that I started throwing up again I went home, and laid down! I feel terrible!! I got food poisoning. Right before we left the restaurant I lifted my bag, and there was a bug crawling on the table I’ve never seen this bug! My helper said it was a bedbug. I don’t know if has anything to do with me getting sick. But Chick-fil-A has always been my favorite fast food restaurant it is the cleanest and most well respected place in the food industry. I really hate that I got food poisoning from here and I was not planning on writing a bad review! But I felt like it was Necessary I hope nobody else gets sick! I’m sorry Chick-fil-A please do not serve bad food again! I’m in the bed and feel terrible!! And I lost a half a day of work...
