Jade East Garden — Restaurant in Pell City

The man who was manager or owner would not even look me in my eyes after several refills on tea when I asked for ice the waitress gave me to go cups and didn't offer any ice so we actually left with watered down tea and buffet was not looked after at all in over a hour that we were there they came out once and stirred the food but never added any thing my wife bit into a rock in her soup and said it felt like it cracked her tooth and when we told the waitress she sent the manager over and in a smart gesture he ask my wife (what do you need medical attention) she told him no she needed an ibuprofen so when he tried breaking this with his fingers and said this is as hard as a rock I can't break it he was very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife and as we left the restaurant we looked again and took a picture where it actually did crack one of her back teeth it was a very bad...

My wife’s friend invited us to eat at this restaurant on Christmas Eve. They wanted to eat at 11:30 but I told them to go around one instead because I wanted fresh food. Chinese restaurants always use the food from the night before when it opens up so I wanted to play it safe. The first bite of food I took was ice cold And everyone said the same. The only thing that I could eat that was fresh was crab Rangoon. Anyway, we ate our food and didn’t complain but it was really gross. Now here it is three days later and I have had acid coming up into my mouth and diarrhea for the for three days. We will never eat here again and I recommend that you don’t either. I don’t think I’ve ever been this sick from eating at any restaurant. Kind of ruined my Christmas. Steer clear of here. Sidenote, the waitress was very sweet and kind but that doesn’t make up...

If I could leave no stars I would!! First of all I’ll say our waitress was a peach she was the only good thing about the whole experience!! The guy at the front, I think he’s the owner, he needs some hospitality training. We went for lunch & it was a let down, the shrimp wasn’t cleaned before cooked, so that ruined the meal for us. Any smart person knows you don’t eat uncleaned shrimp, so that was a plate of wasted food. So the man up front takes it upon himself to add more money to our bill because we didn’t eat the plates of food that had uncleaned shrimp on it. Instead of asking what was wrong or trying to rectify the situation he just adds money to our bill with no explanation until I questioned it.
