Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Pell City

Did not get what I ordered and paid extra for my order! I got home very disappointed! Then I try to call them for over an hr and their phone is off the hook! A bunch if kids with no customer service is what this location is!!! Lost my business I'll drive to leeds! UPDATE JUST CONTACTED CORPORATE TRIED THEM AGAIN TO NO AVAIL..... Did not get what I ordered!!! After being rushed away without my drinks I stopped and retrieved my drinks, the manager was rude and when I told her I paid for extra Zax sauce she replied ughh okay and grab some and practically threw them at me. It was uncalled for and very rude. Then I get home and my order is incorrect, only a little, They just put the hot sauce I asked for on the side on my sandwich....but after such a bad experience when I was just trying to enjoy a meal from my local zaxbys it was upsetting to my whole family. We usually eat zaxbys at least once a month and always order 2 chicken finger family packs. Tonight I pulled up at 8:45, I was the only person in line when I got there. I asked the girl what time they closed and she said 10. I ordered 2 family packs. When I got to the window she told me it was going to be 30 minutes. I told her it has never taken 30 minutes even when they are busy. Amazing but she then changed her mind after speaking with the kitchen again and said it would be 10-15 minutes. Then I went to pay cash and she said oh we don't take $50's or $100. Even when I was going to give her exact amount using a $50. I know they were just trying to get me to leave. It was very obvious. Extremely disappointed, I got home and told my husband I will never go back. I will say the girl who brought the food to the car was as sweet as she could be. Looked like all high school kids working there, zaxbys may want to get them some adult...

Why can't online orders be picked up through the drive through anymore? Its not even an option from the app. With 2 kids, its more convenient to just pull up and get my food through drive through versus unbuckling my kids from their car seats and all of us walking in just to pick up an order and then having to buckle them back in. Makes me not want to even bother and go to McDonald's drive through instead...which is cheaper amyway. I always give you guys enough time to prepare my food so its done when I get there so there is absolutely no reason to not allow online orders to be picked up at the window. Other restaurants do it...so why not Zaxby's. Also, the prices have become outrageous. I use to get 5 fingers (no meal) for $5.99 which I thought was a bit high then but now, its almost $8 for just the 5 fingers and they are smaller now,...
