I tried to be flexible as it is a new location. Ordered via the app around 6PM. Utilized the tracker and delivery driver arrived at around 6:45. Noticed boxes did not look right so opened to check. Entire order was wrong (or likely someone elses), a second order was delivered as well as I was at a business, it was also entirely wrong. Driver said they were going back to the store and would be right back. An hour later, no driver, no food, no call nothing. So I called the store. Gal who answered seemed unsure what to do and suggested we will have to wait for the delivery driver to come back from their current delivery to figure it out. Nope that is not a good plan. So I asked to speak with the manager. Explained what had happened. He seemed less the caring about the situation and said just tell me what you want and I will have it there in 15-20 mins. Well a new driver did arrive 20-25 mins later with the order and wanted me to pay for it.....Ummmm I already paid for my order on the app. Food was good and was hot but by this time it was 2 1/2 hours after I originally ordered. Read moreI’ve ordered lunch here multiple times since they’ve opened, as I work in Pella. I’ll have to admit I’ve had a couple of bumpy orders. (Nothing serious just a couple times of my pasta being over cooked). Other than that, they’re my go to for lunch on days I don’t bring it from home. I have noticed that when Amber makes my food, it comes perfect. No issues one bit when they tracker says she’s making my food. Now onto the delivery drivers. Most of them are pretty quick at getting it here. I have had a few instances with a couple of the drivers taking their sweet time to get here. But I know when the tracker updates and says Garould or Emily are bringing it, I know it will be here promptly, and is still piping hot ready to go. They’ve never messed up an order, always bring it inside my work to my break room for me, and are super courteous towards myself and my fellow staff. Always have a nice tip for them when they come because I know I’ve been taken care of. So, I highly recommend Pella Domino’s, and especially Garould, Emily, and Amber. I hope...
Read moreCurrently on hold for 20 minutes. Waited on hold for 20 minutes last night and no one answered. My last 2 out of 3 pizza's have arrived cold. They forgot part of my last order. Then when they brought the forgotten part, it wasn't complete either. I don't know what has happened to this location but it has gotten worst the longer they have been open.
They randomly turn off the ability to order online and have to call only to either have no one answer or be told they are closed. On several occasions I called and was greeted by someone answering the phone with "Dominoes, We're Closed" and then just hanging up. Which was weird since it was 830pm one night and 10pm the second time and they close at midnight.
