I have been a loyal patron of this restaurant for many years, even as I observed a decline in food quality, longer wait times for orders, and a noticeable decrease in the quality of service from the staff. However, that did not stop me from coming to eat at the restaurant, even during COVID when no one can eat in I would still order my food to go. Once COVID restrictions were lifted I was finally able to sit in and enjoy my food again.
During this year I was happy to see a new store manager come in and try to fix the place up, I would be in during lunchtime and see Fon walking around with Michael, I felt that real change was going to happen. I was excited actually, seeing Fon multiple times during my lunch visits was a nice thing to see for me because it gave me a sense that changes were to come. And I must say from the changes I have seen they are doing a great job, the food wait times have come down a lot, the food has always been fresh when it comes out, and the staff has been amazing!
I truly love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings but yesterday July 4th, 2024 I had an extremely disappointing experience from the time I sat down at my tabletop by the bar. I specifically asked for Lisa because she has been so amazing, she always makes sure that my food comes out fresh and always checks up on me without having to track her down like many waiters do. Lisa was an absolute love like she always is.
First of all, I understand that it is a holiday and people want to take it easy but the cook Jason was way out of line, he was yelling at Lisa the whole time telling her where are the orders, that he was bored, and more things which were unprofessional. Jason was yelling at her even when she was talking to customers. Once Lisa came over and took my order I was disappointed to find out that there were no mozzarella sticks and no lemon pepper seasoning for my fries. But I still wanted to eat the asian zing boneless wings so I ignored that but it was upsetting to not have those items available. The food came out and I was excited, however, the food did not look so appetizing. The french fries were great but the boneless wings were hard and did not seem fresh at all. They usually look juicy, hot, and mouth-watering when they come out. This was not the case yesterday, however I let it be and continued to order another fry but to my luck they were hard and crunchy so I did not enjoy them as much.
I then asked for 6 boneless wings to go but I mentioned to Lisa if they can be fresh as the ones I just had were not fresh at all and they just were not up to par as they usually are. Lisa then went to Daniella or Danielle to let her know about my issue with the food. Of course instead of handling it with courtesy and professionalism as one would expect, she completely did the opposite. She was yelling from where she was sitting that the food was fresh and that Jason was dropping them as they go. I then responded to her that she can come look at the wings so that she can see herself that they were NOT FRESH.
But no, she did not even bother to get up, her demeanor was constantly unpleasant, maintained a horrible bothersome face the entire time, which made the situation even more uncomfortable for me. What was even more shocking was her approach to communication. Rather than coming over to our table to discuss the issue she chose to yell across the room. This lack of basic courtesy and respect is not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. It felt as if my concerns were not important enough for her to address properly, and her loud and rude behavior drew unnecessary attention and embarrassment.

Not only was I not able to check in even after I rebooted my phone but since I wasn't going to pay for dinner was sort of rude to buzz over the food when I rather enjoy the company I am with so one less app on my phone is refreshing. We got to the place around 6:30 pm. The place in huge. Super clean . A few tables had people. We were seated right away. And in a short time our server came. We order our drinks. We had the passion fruit nojito (non alcoholic) and 15 piece boneless chicken wings ( chicken tenders). I was having a difficult time pronouncing one of the side dips and the server got annoyed with me instead of helping me and well that got me annoyed as well. I felt rush. Again the place was not packed. Maybe 7 tables were filled.n he didn't even ask if we wanted water. And there were no utensils or flatware on the table. About a few minutes later the guy comes with our drinks and food. Nice presentation. Food was hot. Drinks were pretty. Again did not ask if we wanted water. And brings our two dips and two more than he assumed but never asked if we wanted. When we advise them we did not care for them he annoying throw a uff and took them off the table and walk away. Again we had no way of eating these tenders. No plates. No utensils. Nothing. Ok wait about 10 more minutes for the guy to show up with our receipt ( we never ask for it) then I ask for the flatware. He made up some blame excuse and instead of putting them on the table. He piled it up and place it on the cover of my seating like since I had annoyed him I must be the one who wanted the flatware. And since the receipt was already on the corner again he did not bother to ask if we wanted anything else to eat. Or dessert or water or nothing. And left. Again the food was good. Really tender. Not over cooked. Then to pay we are about to get up and try to pay in the front of the place and he comes rushing to us to say we pay at the table. All the sudden he was to finally take care of the table. Again if I was to pay I would had never left a tip. But I wasn't and my friend did leave a tip for eh service. Read moreI went on a Thursday, their best day to make money, it's Thursday night football and half priced wings. However, this experience was a terrible one!!!! I ordered my food online it said it would be ready by 740, which it was. When I went to pick up the food there was no one in the take out area the phones were ringing, no one was answering them. Losing money with every unanswered customer. There were employees serving those coming in to be seated, waiters were cleaning tables and even looking at us all waiting, yet not a single employee came over to help. After 15 minutes of waiting after my food was all ready, I myself had to finally approach someone. They finally take my money and do not give me my food still until I approach someone again asking if I can have my food. They make me wait another 10 minutes saying my food is being packed and then after all this nonsense... The food is in the heater the whole time. The employees are honestly not very good, they don't care about making money for the company otherwise they'd answer the phones and actually attend all customers, not just the see them and turn the other way. I come to this same location every Thursday and this has been my only terrible experience. I understand if they were understaffed but if that's the case the employees present there should step it the f* up and do their jobs. Not just lollygagging, socializing with each other and making customers approach them. Horrible customer service tonight, management should evaluate customer service techniques for all the employees so they can make the company more money instead of actively losing money on what should be their busiest night. Oh I should mention it was empty inside so there should be no reason a waiter can't mosey on over to the take out area when they see multiple people waiting... Very disappointed enough to write a novel. Justice needs to be served, people need to enhance their customer service to better suit the company.
