First off, let me start by saying that the food was good but my entire experience was ruined by your drive thru cashier named Paola. The manager Kelly was very polite & understanding to my complaint. Paola however had a snarky attitude the entire time. When she handed me my order, I asked for some hot sauce. She gave me a SINGLE hot sauce on an almost $54. order. I then asked her if there was steak sauce in the bags & she said, “Noooooo” & rolled her eyes (something I would think would be in the bag or at LEAST offered when someone orders TWO footlong steak subs). When I asked her if she could PLEASE give an add’l single hot sauce, she told me, “That will be $0.54 additional” & smirked. I asked for the manager Kelly because she had a “smart ass” attitude & tone. She must not like her job or want customers to return. I don’t know why someone like Paola is the face for Miami Grill. This is a fast food place I have frequented for over 25 years and have NEVER received such poor & distasteful treatment. I work hard in the south Broward area & have choices on many places to dine (including other Miami Grill locations). If I’m in the area, I will choose another location to dine as long as she is representing you. Miami Grill has always had friendly service. This girl is petty & does NOT need to be working with consumers in any manner. She sucks & when you’re ugly outside, you should at least be pleasant inside. I’m asking Miami Grill to review the video & recording from when I arrived. I was very cordial & remained that way until after I spoke to the manager Kelly. Another side note: Other managers there have told me you guys are no longer honoring my discount card but most of them always agree to give me at least 10% off. I am utterly disappointed by this experience & hope you guys will review the video transaction. Trust me, you will LOSE business with Paola there.

The first blonde employee I encountered I asked if they still have fried clam strips and she just looked at me confused. Didn't try to find out and walked away after I explained I needed a minute to check the menu. Then another female employee walked up and when I asked if they still have clam strips she said it's available to order, just not showing up on the screen wall menu. So I placed my order for fried shrimp and fries with colelslaw and a side order of fried clam strips. The order for some reason took unusually long, especially considering the dining area was empty, no customers were in line...and the drive thru had maybe one car. When I finally got my order I sat down and noticed the shrimp were fried extra dark and was hoping they weren't OVER FRIED. Sadly, After taking a bite, they were super greasy, rubbery shrimp and the breading was fried much harder than a typical fried shrimp. Whomever fried the shrimp left them WAY TOO LONG in the fryer.... if they left them any longer they would have been burned. I ate a second shrimp hoping they weren't as bad as I had imagined, and unfortunately a mouth full of grease and overly fried rubbery shrimp. I considered walking back to the counter and voicing my concern but figured I would be met with annoyance and my food possibly spit on when they re-made the shrimp. So instead I ate the fries, colelslaw and clam strips and had no choice but to throw out the inedible overcooked shrimp. What a waste of time, money and food. It now explains why the dining area was empty while Pollo Tropical next door was filled with customers. That should have been a red flag. Sadly, Miami Sub's (before Miami Grill rebranded) use to be a regular spot me and my friends often ate at. Sadly, the quality isn't what it use to be.

We recently visited Miami Grill, which has the added flair of being part-owned by Pitbull, adding to the vibrant Miami vibe. We ordered two cheese steaks with the mozzarella sticks meal, which comes with a drink. After reviewing our receipt I realized were charged for a whole sub but on received half like we ordered. The soda machine was out of root beer, ginger ale, and lemonade—total bummer since those are the only sodas I like. When we arrived, the employees were on their phones but jumped into action once we placed our order. The interior of the restaurant was modern, with a sleek design and bright, welcoming colors, and we were the only guests. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to clear our own tables since the trash cans were all the way on the other side of the restaurant. On a positive note, the bathrooms were clean, which was a relief.

I Love the food and the brand as the company after working for HMS Host who have as a franchise as well,I must say that yall have line cookers with poor work ethic, lack of sense of urgency ,reluctant to make orders to the customers request such as double cook wings eith extra sauce or a gyros with extra toppings and cheese and mayo and ketchup, they should either be reprimanded or fired they mess up my order four times when the supervisor sees and take my order, relay the order to them after putting thr order in.....Their spiteful,malicous,lazy...the supervisor tries to offer me comdiment packets of mayo or ketchup when her cookers forget to add something to my order when i check the order in front of them before leaving inside the lobby,i refused and requested them to make it...it rediculous ....They should either be fired or reprimended or hours reduce until they fulfill the Miami Subs Grill Pillars and service...I notice that the faculty is too family oriented and that thr mutual relationship is a conflict in the work place, its unethical!! I dont want no refund other then yall ensuring that your employees valuing their job and ensuring that the accuracy is correct,it explains the reason why the lines be long when they do because they probably mess up on orders, they have a personal agenda towards personize order then...
