Overpriced and the so-called “factory authorized sale” is a sham. Went and bought a recliner supposedly on “clearance” with a “final price” of $729 PLUS $99 for delivery. They didn’t have the fabric color we chose in stock so they “upgraded” us with a different fabric. They said we had 3 days to change our fabric choice so we went home and compared some. Come to find out after looking online that THE SAME EXACT RECLINER was actually on sale for $599.00. Already feeling scammed, we decided to look up what it would cost with the “upgraded” fabric and decided on a different fabric that cost the same as the “upgrade” they supposedly gave us. When we tried to change it, they said that’ll cost you $1049.00... What??!! Customer service was great right up until they had our money. Then the sales manager caught an attitude and said there’s nothing we can do. She also failed to mention that the Pembroke Pines store is PRIVATELY OWNED so they are not part of the corporate La-Z-Boy and have the ability to make their own prices. Therefore, lying about not being “authorized” to change the fabric for the same price even though the fabrics cost the same. They will lie to keep taking more money from you and customer service goes out the window when they have it. Their sales are a scam. When you start using deceitful business practices and your customers find out, you eventually go out of business. The right thing to do is own it and make it right. We paid enough money for it. We weren’t trying to get something for free. It’ll be the last penny I ever spend on...

Purchased a reclining sofa from this store and has the best experience! From the moment we walked in to the time we left, everyone was accommodating, kind, and made us feel valued. We found a sofa we were considering and Adrian helped us review the warranty & specs to make sure it was what we needed. We even enjoyed just chatting with him & laughing about furniture purchases in the past from other stores with bad experiences. We decided to wait on the sofa and think about it - he didn’t pressure us at ALL to make the purchase, even encouraging us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. When we returned the next day to purchase, Adrian was off and Steven (who was equally as kind, accommodating, and patient) told us that Adrian had mentioned us and that we might be returning. He honored the discount Adrian discussed with us. The entire purchase process took less than 10 minutes, and they even tolerated our wild 2 year old child. While La-z-boy is undeniably a quality company, the staff is what really sold us on this sofa. I can’t speak highly enough about the care that the staff took to make us feel valued without a single trace of salesman’s pressure. Thank you Adrian & Steven! You guys...

I have no words the can describe how grateful I am to the Pembroke Pines Laz-y-boy staff. I am disabled due to 3 surgeries on my thoracic spine. I require comfortable support as I'm stuck sitting way too long some days and, as a life long laz-y-boy user I ordered new recliners from this store last October 2020 when my old off brand recliner gave up and broke down causing a lot of pain unless I had pillows to soften the pressure. When I ordered the new chairs I was told they would be ready by mid January. You can understand how upset I was to find that they wouldn't be ready until March due to Covid. After a lot of tears and frustration my husband and I talked to the staff and explained my situation and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged a loaner chair that we picked up a few days ago. I'm grateful, my back feels so much better and my husband is relieved for my sake. I don't need to say anything about the quality as laz-y-boy is hands down the best chair out there. I want to give a special shout out to Jasmine. She was so kind and sympathetic and made me feel so much better. 10 out of 10 would recommend Pembroke Pines Laz-y-boy to anyone needing quality...
