P.F. Chang's — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

This was am amazing place starting from the moment I made a reservation to the end of the celebration. It started out I wein to take a look.t the new restaurant that just opened in Pembroke Pines fl. I had already made a reservation for my husband birthday and our family. As I wanted to make sure all was in order with seating I decided to go by and check out the atmosphere. I had a host.name Sophie she was the best ever, she rechecked my reservation and I expressed my desire to make sure the seats were all pulled together and not separated for a party of 7 or 8 we decided on the seats by the windows and made sure they were reserved for that day. ♥️ As I left it was pouring rain with Thunder and lightning 🌩 and I waited intil.it would calm down, but it didn't she decided to ask the manager for an umbrella and walk me to my car I refused due to I didn't want her getting soaked or myself, as I actually couldn't remember were I parked my car, she decided to walk me out and we both ended up getting soaked crazy soaked we couldn't find my car and the lightning was horrific. We finally found my car I asked her to get in and I dropped her off in front of the restaurant, she was wet as a bird I felt so bad for her, I gave her a nice tip she didn't want accept but I made her take it at least so she could purchase a pair of dry pants as she worked until 7pm. But all this to say what a real customer service experience that was, unbelievable 👏 phenomenal I rate the service here a 20.these days you don't find this kind of service at all. She should be rewarded for this.and Thank you.PF Chang for bringing on employees like this to your establishment. The day of the reservation was awesome as well Kenny was our server and he took on our table with so much joy and wonderful tenacity. My first time to THIS Pf Chang inside the Pembroke lakes mall. Today 8/2725 was it's first day opening. I sat at the bar and I asked the bartender Marco if he knew how to make a Sangria. He replied "No, however I will try & make you one". He looked up I suppose cocktail recipe book and began making it, which turned out to be actually delicious. He got a few pointers from Melvin who helped him. What I was truly impressed with waa that he just didn't say no and offered to make me something different like most bartender who have no knowledge of making a basic sangria. He was motivated and I honestly appreciated that. Santiago the manager was friendly and welcoming. I really like his spirit & energy.

The food was really good too. Although, im a garlic junky, my garlic noodles 🍜 weren't as garlickly as I was hoping. However, the food (monogolian trio chicken, beef, shrimp) was tasty. I didnt take a picture. I should have because it was a beauty. I hope it doesn't change because a restaurant starts off so fabulous with the food, and once the restaurant is booming the kitchen starts to slack, the service starts to crumble and the employees began treating the costumer as if we owe them something. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 ....but in the meantime, I will continue to go there and let it be another restaurant to me like Cheers. Only my adults understand the Cheers analogy.

We had such an amazing experience at this P.F. Chang’s new location in Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We went to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday, and from start to finish the staff made it special. Our server, Vanessa, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, kind, and truly made us feel cared for. The team helping her was also fantastic—every request was met with a smile and excellent service.

The manager, Angelo, was equally wonderful. He checked in with us and made sure we felt comfortable celebrating without any rush. What really impressed us was how carefully they handled our family members’ shellfish and peanut allergies. They took it seriously and ensured the entire meal was safe and enjoyable.

Everything we needed was provided right when we wanted it, and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It wasn’t just dinner—it was a memorable celebration thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Vanessa, Angelo, and the whole team.

Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food, amazing staff, and a place where you can celebrate with peace of mind. We’ll...
