Disclaimer: I used to work for the company so I thoroughly know the standards they strive for.
Went to this location a few weeks ago. I’ve received emails about many new things they have.
Came in with the wife and kids because we had time to kill and we’re in the area. Kids saw the sign and wanted a smoothie.
Went in and the menu was not legible, clearly they were having technical issues. We had no visibility on the smoothie menu. There was one person up front working, she didn’t notice us for a solid minute.
My wife asked if they had a chocolate smoothie they could make, they told us they could modify something and make our kids a chocolate smoothie. We both didn’t really hear them say a name of anything just that they had something. No explanation of ingredients or expectations.
My thoughts were that we’re going to get a chocolate smoothie split for my kids.
They served us the chocolate zenergy bomb (at least that’s what they used to call it) split - for anyone that has never had it, this is not really a smoothie. It had granola on the bottom, it’s close to the thickness of an Acai bowl (not really drinkable) with a bunch of fruit on top.
Not a smoothie and not something I can serve my kids in the car as we go on our drive.
My wife, not wanting me to say anything, had us accept the food.
Service has certainly gone downhill at this location, after checking the menu I see they have a new chocolate smoothie. It seems they are struggling to train their people as they have new menu items but one of these new menu items was not something they thought to suggest. Despite it being exactly what we were asking for.
They generally have a great product, at least from what they make fresh.

After our bad experience, the VP and Manager of the store got in contact with me right away and went above and beyond to make it right with our club. They invited us back this past Wednesday and the manager Luis was personally there. They serviced all our runners post run and did an amazing job. The energy and vibes were amazing. We had such a great time. We will be coming back to Raw Juce. Im grateful that we gave them another shot! Thank you Raw Juce!

We own a run club in Pembroke Pines and on June 18th we decided to run around the neighborhood and end the run at Raw Juce. As a community we were hoping this would help support a business on a slow day like a Wednesday evening. We brought 10-15 customers around 7:57pm (they advertise they close at 8:30pm). My first visit was a really bad experience. We ordered two iced coffees and two açaí bowls and we waited 30 min for our order and they didn’t even have almond milk for our orders. After that visit we decided to give them another chance and we ordered two açaí bowls thinking of using one of the $10 coupons we supposed we had for signing up and having the app. The ladies working spoke on the phone with my husband telling him that they will apply the coupon when we pay and pick up the order. Well I arrived to the location and they deny me the coupon telling me I didn’t have coupon and they even said they didn’t promised they will apply the coupon when we pick up the order.
