This Starbucks is usually my go to every single day. I always get the pink drink and donāt have an issue when itās through the drive thru the people are also pleasant. But Iāve been extremely sick and to avoid contact I have been placing my order on door dash. Ordering on an app I cringe because itās a hit or miss meaning the drink either comes perfectly done in the light pink color itās suppose to come or it come RED. I have had to call because I waste 20 something dollars daily just for a drink and cookies again to avoid contact right now. I call and have to advise I placed an order if possible to see if it can come done correctly and state my experience. I had one girl answer and No problem it was sent perfect for two days. Today I call and David answered the phone I told him that I received my order and it came extremelyyyy red. I told him I would replace order again another 16 dollars just on that, delivery and driver tip. And he said he would have the drink done right. When I get it, I kid you not itās the same thing. I call back and he gets the call again he seemed annoyed. He said he watched the drink be made and it was done correctly. That when itās picked up it messes up. NO David this is what happens when you put too much strawberry base and a little coconut milk. Because Iāve gotten it correct and it comes here the same no issues! I kept telling him itās not itās literally the same and he kept going against it. My point is I donāt complain but if youāre buying something and itās coming different from the picture showed on display knowing that other people have done it right I have the right to get the stuff I spend properly. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a HUGE Starbucks fan, but I have to say that this is hands down THE WORST Starbucks location I have ever been to (and believe me I have been to MANY). This location isnāt near my house so I donāt visit daily, but each of the 3 times I have been here my experience has been progressively worse. Today I placed a mobile order, ten minutes later I walk in to the nearly empty location. I walked over to the mobile pick-up area to find that my order had not yet been made. I would have been understanding and patient had the place been busy ... but one employee is playing on her cellphone, the other is taking drive thru orders, another is cleaning the espresso machine, and a fourth is leaning against the counter staring off into space. I stood there for a good 5 minutes before someone noticed and STARTED making my drink. They finally hand me my drink (no apology for the wait, no words what so ever). I continue standing there for another 3-5 minutes waiting for the rest of my order until it finally clicks that I am still waiting for something. They warm up my food and then hand it to me. To the manger of this young lady she deserves some type of recognition for being such an enthusiastic employee. Hope to have many more orders taken by this young lady.
