With a name like “Einstein” in their name, you would assume they excel & specialize in everything Bagel. But it is actually the opposite. They know nothing on what a bagel is or should be!!

We went there with my family of 5 and ordered 5 bagel sandwiches. I specifically asked the cashier that all my bagels be extra toasted. He asked me “you want them toasted 2x?” I answered “I am not sure if that’s 2x or 3x or 4. Just pls toast them until they are dark”. 10 minutes later we received 5 bagel sandwiches that were slightly warmed up and rubbery. I went back to the same cashier and very politely reminded him that I wanted all my bagels toasted dark. He quickly grabbed them from me and handed them to the staff explaining that they should be extra dark toasted. You would think they would remake my 5 sandwiches? NO.

They lined up my sandwiches (cream cheeses, tomatoes, avocados and everything else) inside a tray and put them directly inside an Airfryer/toaster oven!!

I objected and asked for new sandwiches or my money back. They begrudgingly remade my sandwiches which were slightly more warmed up. They handed the sandwiches to me in a to go bag even though we were eating there. I didn’t want to raise an issue again. We ate 5 rubbery bagels and left.

Suggestions to the owner: Invest in a proper commercial bread toaster and train your staff on how to...

Just placed a curbside order and waited over thirty minutes outside. Called the store multiple times from my car and no answer. I finally walked inside only to find my order had been sitting on the counter, getting cold, and my frozen drink had completely melted.

When I asked about it, they made a face and just handed it to me with no offer to remake the food, or at least remake the drink which was supposed to be a frozen blended beverage and had now watered down completely.

Every time I come to this location something goes wrong. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt as they might be understaffed and the place gets very busy in the mornings. HOWEVER, management should already know this and either hire additional staff for the morning rush on the weekends or figure out another way to handle the situation. I realized today that I'm trying to be kind and understanding when no one is kind and understanding to me, the paying customer who is now stuck with a watered down chocolate drink, a bagel with barely any cream cheese on it, and a freezing cold breakfast sandwich.

Disappointing to say the least since I always support local restaurants in my area, but I doubt I'll return to this particular Einstein's...

I love Einstein Bros. Bagels. I just don't love this one in Pembroke Pines. I ordered breakfast via the app a few Sundays ago. The restaurant was slow, a few people outside, one person inside and no one was in line to order. I walked inside and immediately looked around for a "online order pickup sign", didn't see one. I asked one of Einstein's employees where the online pick ups were, she walked around the corner and found my order in a table in the middle of the restaurant. We have a tendency to check our order before we leave and that's what we did.

We order this amazing deal of 2 bagel sandwiches, 2 muffins and 2 hashbrowns for $15.99 and we get a free coffee for ordering on the app. It's honestly the best deal on breakfast. It's filling but your happy full not grossed full.

So we check our food and honestly it was a large bag filled with a mess of little bags all turned upside down so when you pick up an item it falls out. We received all of our food items ordered. However, our bagels were hard, the hashbrowns were uncooked mush balls, we recieved different muffins than the deal advertises and they forgot our coffee.

I'll try them again. Maybe it was a...

Years ago we loved Einstein. What’s not to like about huge, authentic bagels available at locations near you in south Florida? Within the last couple years, we started noticing the bagels looked to be about 2/3 their former size. My tiny wife used to need to stretch a single bagel across two meals, and recently finds she’s still hungry after one. I need two myself. Now they’ve found a new trick—take a look at the air puff packing foam now passing for a dense, chewy bagel. They’ve still managed to double prices in a couple years, however. Somehow. They’ve also begun denying patrons who don’t order ahead on a phone app the deals they’ve received as loyalty club members for years. It’s a special favor when the cashier allows you to give a phone number or other identifier instead of going that route. Makes we wonder what’s behind this shrinkflation decline after years of greatness, and hope they’re going to be okay.

This is the worst Bagel Store I have been to in a very long time. There was a White Male behind the counter that claimed he was the owner and did not seem to care about the customer me. I did not feel welcomed at all. I go to bagel stores all over and this was the worst experience and worst tasting bagel as well. I am from New York , You want a good bagel come to New York. Also every bagel store is better set up and equipped and I wanted Snapple and they don't carry it . Also every bagel place I have been to gives a side of chips or Potato Salad or Cole Slaw with your order They do not. Just a bad experience all the way around!!!! Would not ever go there again
