Stoners' Pizza Joint Pembroke — Restaurant in Pembroke

I place an order at 9:18pm tonight for two XL pizzas totaling over $50 worth. I then received a call from stoners telling me they messed one of our pizzas up and asked if it would be okay if they sent the messed up one at 9:31. I gave them some grace and told them that it was fine and to just send it. We them waited 40 more minutes… still no pizza. I called back at 10:12 and i was told it was on the way. I called back at 10:54 and no answer… they were still open. Our pizzas were delivered at 11:18 pm, 18 minutes after they closed. The driver informed us that the manager decided it would be a good idea to send home all the other drivers and make him be responsible of delivering solely for the rest of the night. Again, we had grace over the situation…until we opened the boxes and our pizzas were DESTROYED! This isn’t the first time we have had an issue but will definitely be our last. Absolutely disgusting management and sloppy service.

UPDATE: I CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY, TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND THEY SENT OUT FRESH PIZZAS AND REFUNDED ME COMPLETELY. DEFINITELY IMPRESSED WITH HOW THEY TRIED TO MAKE THIS...

Absolutely the worst place to order pizza. We placed our order at 6:50pm, was given a delivery time of 7:20. 7:45 passes as we still wait patiently for our delivery. Finally we call back at 8:12 pm to check on the progress as we continue waiting. Their excuse was they only have 2 delivery drivers. Understandable, we continue waiting with the belief that our order should be coming soon. 9:10pm rolls around, still nothing! We call again and they tell us our order hasn’t even been made yet (what does this have to do with delivery drivers???) At this point we cancel. Over 2 hours waiting for a pizza to just be made with absolutely no delivery time in sight. Absolutely the WORST place you could ever order from. GOOD LUCK if you decide to choose this place for dinner. This is not the first time they have been a complete disappointment. There is a serious issue with the management here. Complete failure in their competence in running an establishment. Highly recommend dire improvement. Not sure where to start. I have ordered in the past and have had a horrible experience ordering due to the background noise. It’s nearly impossible to place an order without screaming into your phone ( the owner needs to invest in quality employees) I placed an order for delivery and asked for them to add $5.00 for the driver since I only live 3 miles from them but they added $10.00 instead which I thought was illegal but I let it go. I just ordered a white pizza which the got wrong and when I called to let them know they said they would send the correct pizza within 45 minutes. 2 hours later, no pizza. Never again will I order from them. They are horrible, the employees are horrible and if the owner has not changed anything after so many bad reviews, then he does not care either. It’s too bad since Pembroke is such a small town, you would think the owner would care about...
