Frosty Mountain Beverage Inc. — Restaurant in Penn Forest Township

Awful experience, not once, not twice, but all three visits. I was staying at Towamensing Trails, which is the ONLY reason we went to this place. First visit, we are looking for a 1/4 keg and were the only people in the store. God forbid you actually take the time to help us. We ask about pricing and she responds with an attitude, "Isn't there a list on the wall?" I'm sorry I missed it, but you don't have to be a b*tch about it... We go through the checkout process and she couldn't be more disinterested, like I was interrupting her nap or something. Second experience, we return the keg to get another. Different woman, same attitude. It's like they don't care if they have the business! So Sunday comes around and we need to return the keg. I check the internet, they don't have a website or anything. That's fine. I call the phone number to get the hours, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A VOICEMAIL SET UP!!! What kind of clown show is this?!? No message saying the name of the place and hours like any competent business. So we have to drive there to find out it doesn't open until noon.

The only reason this place is in business is it's proximity to Towamensing Trails... I don't know who think this place is reasonable, but $60 for 1/4 keg isn't really a deal in my eyes, especially for Miller Lite.

DON'T GO HERE! MAKE THE TRIP...

I am a local resident who has frequented this establishment. I was purchasing a 6 pack that I felt was over priced. A case of the same beer is $47ish and the 6 pack is $19. I was told that this is what's in the computer and that 6 packs are marked up. I am well aware of this practice. The issues was the attitude that was received when I questioned the pricing. I left after purchasing the 6 pack, but immediately returned to buy the whole case. When doing so the ignorant staffer asked if my buddy and I were from Jersey. This personal attack was unprovoked and totally uncalled for. I can appreciate businesses setting their own pricing, but when its over and above, they should expect to have questions asked. Also, this was strictly a business transaction, and to make it personal was unnecessary. As I said, I am a local resident who will no longer be buying from these people. Neither will my friends, family anyone i know from Jersey! And fyi, the 6 pack I bought is priced between $12 & $17 elsewhere. Let the...

Super overpriced. My six pack of Spaten German beer (heineken alternative) should have been at most $12.99. I paid $19!!!!

You can get it at the supermarket for $10.99. These guys dont even charge $15 👀!
