Valerio's — Restaurant in Penn Forest Township

After coming here yesterday w my service dog and having pizza the waitress wanted to ring me up AGAIN for a credit card even though I PD in Cash but food was pretty good so I went back today and apparently the owner suddenly had a problem I had a service dog clearly marked on collar and being fully obedient as always. I explained I was a disabled veteran and he was my service dog he didn't care even when I explained I was in yesterday. His response was that's yesterday I'm here today. Are you kidding me. First your business is NOT marked declining service dogs. Second it's against the law to refuse my service. Third your food isn't worth me getting upset over and I don't deal with idiots but I'll contact the ADA service and we'll see how you feel when THEY tell you. IT'S AGAINST THE LAW!! My service dog has been w me in hospitals dental and everywhere else I go for almost 7 yrs w nothing but praise on his behavior so I hope every disabled person and every veteran reads this and remember what kind of establishment...

Absolutely disgusting and RUDE. Called an order in, we got a pizza cheesesteak(with mayo, yes weird, but its SO good) and the girl I spoke to literally said ew to me over the phone, and asked, are you sure that's what you want? I said yes please. Also ordered the chick. finger appetizer and and regular cheesesteak with mushrooms and fried onions. Went in to pick it up, one of the girls was mixing cheese WITHOUT gloves. As soon as we got home, we saw our disastrous food. The pizza steak had no sauce and no mayo. Just a plain cheesesteak, but was charged for the mayo and the pickles which I didn't get. The chicken tenders were cold and slimy. The only good thing was the cheesesteak with fried onions, but they forgot the mushrooms. Terrible, this place went downhill fast. Hire girls that are customer service friendly maybe, and wear gloves while handling...

I would not even give them a one star. Very ignort people. Went to pick up food and could not get food because computer was down. Could not even pay with cash because it would be to hard to add up food with tax on calculator. To top things off they call me 25 Minutes later and ask if I'm comming back for the food. Really over an hour from ordering you want me to come back after you couldn't except my payment. So the girl argues with me and does not understand why I would never come back. We are from out of town and she said she is too but you still don't sit outside smoking cigs and get attitude with customers on phone. I know they got my number well I got theirs too. Lol Run away.... We also herd from other places and people it's not what...
