I’m writing this with the intention of providing constructive feedback, not to stir negativity — but I had a disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on Saltsburg Road that I believe should be addressed.
I arrived to pick up an Uber Eats order while dealing with a sprained ankle and politely explained I was unable to walk inside due to the pain. I asked if someone could possibly bring the order to the drive thru instead, considering the circumstance. Instead of understanding or even a courteous response, the manager, Mia, told me bluntly, “I don’t care about the rain, you got to come in,” and went further to say, “Don’t come back and take any more deliveries here.” After giving it through the window.
This interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I wasn’t even a customer — I was there to support their business by delivering an order to someone else. While I understand policies, I also believe some flexibility or basic empathy should exist, especially when someone is injured. A little understanding would’ve gone a long way.
I’m not looking for trouble, but respect should go both ways — and it was disheartening to be treated so harshly when I was just trying to do my job while in pain. I hope this feedback encourages a more considerate approach...
Read moreThis place does not deserve business. My 61 year old grandmother was unlawfully fired. After 3 YEARS dealing with the pettiness from managers/regional management she was left in this location alone during a morning rush with just a trainee forced to continue on shift by herself. Any sane person would close and walkout, not her! She closed to dining room and continued on to the drivethru for corporate to come at the end to fire her! These people do not care about their employees! They’ve even offered me a job but after watching my grandma slave away 60 hours a week (most days by herself) missing every holiday because she was the BACKBONE of this establishment! Odell you should be absolutely ashamed, my friends and family will never give another penny here. This is not how you treat your employees, and I could go on & on about the things that go on in that building. Your management and corporate is disgusting, so is the place your food and drinks are prepared. Only reason they passed their food safety inspections was because of her. Best of luck finding her replacement, you can’t keep a manager longer than a...
Read moreWent this morning to pick up a mobile order drink. When I got there there was alone wrapped around the building and my daughter asked to get a donut so I just decided to go in. I got the donut and asked the nice lady working the register if she could check on my mobile order since it was originally for drive through. When she asked, who looked like the manager(different colored collar shirt) the woman spoke down to the employee saying she didn’t have any walk in orders. I mentioned I decided to come in due to the line, the manger just glared at me and said with such an attitude “thats not how this works, next time order walk in”. It was so ridiculous, it was not a big deal at all? What’s the difference with me coming in compared to going through the drive through. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service at a...
