Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Penn Township

I took my kids to ritas last Friday and was very impressed by the cashier. Although there was quite a line and she apeared to be there by herself she remained very plesent and kept the line moving while still taking time to aknowlege everyone. My kids were not sure what they wanted and she took the time to explain what exactly a blendini (hope I got that right) is and what flavors other kids typically like. The employees are pleasant and the food is always good. I only removed one star because every time I go there, they're sold out of numerous flavors but still keep them advertised on the flavors board...
