Subway — Restaurant in Penn Township

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS ONE WAS NECESSARY!!!! Came in to a loud filthy restaurant….7 teenagers and no manager at least no distinguished manager. ONE employee made both our sandwiches while everyone else was laughing and eating and drinking and MAKING PERSONAL sandwiches ahead of the LINE of people behind us. Nothing was stocked we (including the single working employee) had to wait for another employee to get ingredients because nobody stocked anything. Had to wait a while for the second employee to bring NICHOLAS cheese. No cookies stocked, had to wait for someone OF THE 6 doing NOTHING to go get them while NICHOLAS made 4 other customer orders. Asked for napkins, an employee opened the cabinet to NOTHING STOCKED. Went to sit and eat and EVERY TABLE IS DIRTY. Floor was disgusting. Would have gave 0 stars if not for NICHOLAS. SHOUTOUT TO THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WORKING, NICHOLAS!!!! Added a tip to my order i know it wasn’t a whole lot but NICHOLAS better get every single penny of that tip as none of the other 6 did a damn thing to help him. A while back I ordered subs that they charged me for and when I arrived at the store they told me I never ordered any So I was there today and I thought I’ll give them another try I’m standing in line for a good 15 minutes and I’m watching them make all these subs One person put their order in as they were finishing up another but then they started making all these subs for online Meanwhile we’re standing there were standing there and nobody saying we Will be with you in about so many minutes or it’ll be just a few more minutes nothing and when I said something like I didn’t think it was fair that we should stand there and wait while everybody else’s food is being made I realize Customer service is a thing of the past but when it’s 15-20 minutes and all these other subs are being made It kind of makes me feel like my order is not important and it was to me because I needed to eat and I’m a diabetic Two of us walked out There were four...

I ordered Thur DoorDash but it’s not DoorDash miss up. I got a Tuna salad with toppings, it says on a crisp bed of lettuce and you can’t pick lettuce under toppings, so I got spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, provolone cheese and ranch dressing. When I received my salad it only had spinach with toppings. When I called they were going to fix the salad but I would have to pick it up, I said tonight I don’t have the car so that’s why I ordered delivery! So for their mistake, I didn’t not like the salad with just spinach. I have never written a review before but I was very disappointed with their service tonight, and will not order from there again.
