I am brand new to CrossFit. I’ve been attending the gym for about 3 months now and could not be happier with my decision to reach out to Dan about joining. I have no background in weightlifting or working out, but wanted to make some lifestyle changes and to challenge myself. I was VERY nervous for my first session and was worried I was not going to be able to do the workouts like everyone else. Dan makes sure to go over everything in great detail and to modify all the workouts to fit everyone’s specific abilities while still pushing them to be better. Read moreI love this gym! The workouts are always different and challenging. The coaches are the best. They make sure you are performing each move correctly and not putting yourself at risk for injury. There are modifications for each move so it is truly a gym for ALL fitness levels. The members are such a great support system. When you find yourself thinking you can't possibly do one more rep, someone is always there (coaches too) to cheer you on.
