Since moving to this neighborhood from Philadelphia, this has been the most convenient place to grab coffee being a 2 minute drive from my home. My fiancé or I stop at the drive through at least twice a month if not weekly. Since being pregnant, I’ve cut down on my coffee consumption drastically and really look forward to the iced latte I get once in a while. The quality of my order is never consistent, but I haven’t been inclined to leave a review until the atrocious customer service I experienced yesterday.
As I said, the quality lacks consistency. I did a consumer service by calling management on Sunday, October 8th to let them know that this was the umpteenth time my fiancé and I had an experience that did not match what we were used to when it comes to Dunkin. I was sure to mention the price of our coffee being comparable to Starbucks but the consistency seriously lacking. I spoke with a woman named Francine who claimed to be a manager, thanked me for calling and told me to mention this the next time I came so she could give us a complimentary cup of coffee.
The next time I visited - 2 weekends later - Sunday, October 20th around 2PM - Francine was experiencing extreme memory loss. I quoted distinct points of our previous conversation and even provided proof of payment via the Dunkin app when she claimed “that’s what other people usually do”. I stopped going back and forth with her and asked if she was going to honor her word and comp my drink. She shrugged as if there was nothing she could help me with. I drove away, 8 months pregnant, with a 1 year old in the back seat, more exhausted than when I showed up. Since when do things work like this? Is the economy struggling so much that a drink that costs Dunkin $2 to make is too much to provide to a loyal customer after repeated lack luster experiences?

Read moreI typically stop by here in the evenings, and I haven't had an issue with their service or products. An older gentleman who knew my routine, as well as my "usual" who goes by the name BB, is no longer working their. Which is my only gripe.
However, the gentleman who works that shift now is starting to pick up right where BB left off. I don't stop by quite as often as I used to, but the transition is heading in the right direction.
In regards to the "gothic girl" another reviewer mentioned, I can see how her personality may have made you feel the way you did. She works the late night shift once in a while and I personally haven't had an issue with her service.
One thing I do suggest overall is that the iced coffees with flavoring get stirred up well. Preferably with a spoon rather than squirting in the flavoring and spinning the cup a few times which really doesn't do much of anything. All the flavoring is at the bottom, while the top 2/3 of the coffee ends up without any flavoring whatsoever.
Other than that, this location isn't bad. If you're in the area, stop by and tell them Anthony sent you for a complimentary confused look on the...
Read moreI’ve been visiting this location for the last 5 months, multiple times a day. I order the same coffee every visit. The only employee that knows my simple order the customer is the manager. The employees notice everything else about me except my coffee order. The employees do not leave the parking in front of the store for customers, their cars are there. There is a man and I assume his spouse working during the evenings. His nails are always very dirty. I see them when passing my coffee. He always chewing when taking my order. Crumbs on his mouth. And food flying out his mouth. He and his spouse are always seated upon me entering the store. He pleasant but visibly dirty. Due to the unsanitary environment, poor customer service, and limited parking (due to staff), I’m no longer a customer of...
