Roman's Pizza — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

Me and my fiancé have been coming here for years and the food was always great. And recently this is the second time that we have gotten food and it is horrible. The quality of food has went down really low. Too much salt in the greens, burnt fish, burnt chicken wings, watery Mac & cheese, and no flavor to the yams at all. When we called to speak to a manager instead of the manager being professional the manager decided to be unprofessional and had a regular employee go back and forth with me on the phone. I went to Romans on Monday evening at about 8:30pm, to celebrate my sister’s birthday and watch the Eagles game. We were not greeted when we entered the bar. There were several tables and booths unoccupied. The bar seating was nearly full. The bar did not seem busy like I had seen in the past. After waiting 25 minutes at a table with no service I decided to ask for a menu. The bartender responded “I am not taking food orders for 20 minutes.” I am still confused as to why he just didn’t give me a menu to look at. I think because he never planned on serving me. This evening must’ve been a bad night. I waited over 30 minutes before someone took my order. I was extremely lightheaded so I knew that I needed to eat food immediately. “So much for that”. The bartenders walked past me so many times without even greeting me. I lost count. Finally, the bartender stopped to take my order as I was asking a question she abruptly answered “no” threw the ink pen that she was writing with down and walked off. Very unprofessional.
