Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pennsburg

Absolutely horrible, the worst Dunkin I've ever tried to go to (multiple times). First off, they used to be a combo of Baskin Robbins AND Dunkin. Not too ambitious right? Many chains pull off the combo easily, NOT this place apparently...I went THREE times for a freaking milkshake across a month's time and THREE time I was told their milkshake maker was broken. You've had a whole month and can't fix or buy a new milkshake maker? It's literally listed on your menu, I waited in a stupid car line for 20 minutes just for you to tell you can't make one? Imbeciles work there, although I'm sure a few nice people too, but overall uneducated, getting orders wrong constantly with completely ineffective management. Another time when I went for a milkshake they said they didn't have the flavor which was literally advertised on their sign, mint chocolate chip. I went back more times and they never had it.

And finally today, which prompted this horrible review, they said their credit machine was down yesterday morning when I went. I called (thankfully) a full 24 hours later, and the credit card reader is still down. No offense to people who use cash, but I typically don't even carry any on me. This is freaking 2017 people, it's called I.T. and clearly shows the mismanagement over there for not clearing up the issue promptly. This place should be shut down and condemned or given a clean sweep of management from the top down and rehire a competent staff. Read the other reviews, I'm not exaggerating in the least that this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever had to the deal with, magnified by the fact that it's the only one around servicing our small, quaint town of Pennsburg. Drive around any other place in P-Burg, even McDonald's for Christ's sake, and you'll find dedicated service. This place...

I have had an okay experience with this location. The workers are mostly nice, but they're always having difficulty with the food and drink items. Upon multiple occasions they give me (and many of my peers) the wrong order and upon confrontation we receive an argument. I have no issue with getting the wrong order once or twice, but it is every single time at this point. They seem to especially get the specialty coffees wrong. When the picture on the menu may have whipped cream and a caramel drizzle on the top, and you ask that it be the same as the picture (something I note I don't need to do with other locations), you still get just iced coffee that looks nothing like the picture and has no whipped cream or anything of the specialty coffee. I understand that working in the fast food industry is difficult, but when I'm paying for an order that's messed up every time and I get an argument for asking them to redo a drink because it is wrong(or even being told off for not specifying to have whipped cream or something, even though it changes nothing), it gets increasingly...

Terrible service. Drinks are not prepared the same way every time. There are only a few employees that are friendly. Added photos today of inside. Signs everywhere about cleanliness and safety but the counters and walls are flithy Gave it a shot again a week later because I wanted a bagel and really where else is there to go around here (pretty sure this is the only reason they stay in business). My exact words for my order were: Sesame bagel, not toasted, just sliced and an everything bagel also not toasted just sliced with a container of cream cheese on the side". The response: "pull around". What I got: sesame and everything bagels with nothing done to them, not sliced and 2 containers of cream cheese (which I have now been charged extra for something I did not ask for) . Read the order back!!!!! It is not that hard!!!!!!!!! Someone please open a new coffee and bakery in the area that has a drive thru!!!!! I will come work...
