Tosco's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Pennsburg

I've now ordered pizza from here 5 times, the first time it was fantastic, I was so happy I FINALLY found decent pizza in the area because every place has been worse then the last. Sadly, every pizza I've gotten since has been horrible, I'm not too picky I just want a decent pizza. The second was soggy, they piled way too many ingredients on it and it was soaked with grease, limp soggy pizza yuck. Each and every every time after it's been something else to make it inedible. My husband is not picky at all with pizza and we've thrown the last 2 out, what a waste. I'm officially done, I had such a good pizza here and many good meals in the past I kept going back to give them another chance but now I've wasted too much food and money. I know you guys are busy but soggy, greasy, tasteless pizza is unacceptable, I even believe I contacted the owner to try to provide feedback. An amazing, bustling Italian pizzeria in evwry sense of the word 👍👍 The place seriously is hopping and of course its because of their amazing food and the selections of it. We didn't have one but the cheesesteaks looked amazing. I spotted them on a table as soon as I walked in. I chose a sausage and pepper sandwich and like I told the kind young cashier, it was amazing, just perfect. The crunch of the outside of the roll to the softness inside coupled with the best pepper, onion and sausage combo that possibly could have been. It seriously was perfection. The onion rings were so delicious and crunchy. My wife's white pizza was fabulous. Our guests bacon ranch fries and pizza couldn't have been eaten fast enough. The food is okay. The service is subpar. I came in to pick up an order I made over the phone. Everyone in the back looked at me but proceeded to ignore me, although there was only 1 other person there that was already being helped. As more people came in, everyone else was helped except me. When I finally intervened, the chubby girl with pale skin and dark hair asked for my order #, to which I responded it was a phone order and I did not have an order # or total for my order. She proceeded to be argumentative because she said they always give out order numbers on the phone but are "not trained to give out order totals." I advised that as long as I have been coming there, I never received an order # and I always call my order in. She continued to be argumentative, so I left at that.
