Paid $27.89 cents for one dozen and a half of donuts and small cup of coffee and small cup of iced coffee, now I've worked at a so called bakery (won't say where) but now I know that they were not fresh or even fried they we're done just the way we use to do them the fast way and the way most bakery's (Walmart) do them now because they want to cut down on payroll they are taken out of a box put in the oven to warm them up then decorate them that's all, now for what I paid for them ($27.89) I would expect them to be done the old fashion way.. FRIED! I was very disappoint had I known that's the way they did them I would have never gotten them, but it's been years since I've bought any donuts from there and they use to be good and fried so if you want a fresh and fried daily donut not one that's already made frozen taken out of the freezer put in the oven donut advise not to get them at Dunkin donuts, you want a really fresh made delicious donut???? I live in Milton don't know what they have in Pensacola but Milton has a baker (Quality bakery) it's made fresh daily doesn't cost and arm and a leg there so I rated Dunkin donuts a 3 but I'm going to have to go down and give them a 1 the only reason I gave them a 3 was because the two girls that were there were nice but the girl that was waiting on us forgot to give me my iced coffee and then twenty minutes latter she looked at us and said did you want something else? And I said no I'm still waiting on my iced coffee she apologized and rushed to make it.....
Read moreI just left the DD drive through and had an unpleasing experience. I ordered a breakfast wrap with hash browns and an iced coffee. A BEC bagel with hash browns and an OJ. And a chocolate donut with chocolate frosting. My order came out to close to $30. I get to the OPEN window and the woman who took my order was talking to another coworker and said "Wow, that order I just took was ridiculous" 👀 wouldn't you think you would be kind to the customers giving you more than just a $10 order?? I felt extremely disrespected. I get my donut in a bag which had chocolate frosting all over the bag. I opened the bag to get the donut out and it was a VANILLA donut flipped upsidedown with all the frosting whipped off. Why would someone want to eat that? It's not even what I paid for. I didn't eat it. I threw it away. I get my wrap, and BEC bagel and coffee. I am now patiently waiting for my hash browns. The woman comes to the window, and I say, I'm just waiting for my hash browns. "Oh, they weren't in the bag? Are you sure?"...yes I'm sure. Finally she handed me my cold hash browns and I was sent in my way. The customer service experience was not up to par, I left unhappy. Won't be going to...
Read moreDon't waste your time. It is almost worth driving out to the one in Gulf Breeze - those people are always amazingly friendly and work hard to get your order right - but THIS one? Forget it. This is the one closest to my home, and it used to be great! We knew a few employees by name and they even had our orders memorized! I don't know what happened. The past 2 years, they consistently give fewer munchkins than we pay for, have you repeat your order 3 times in the drive thru, then repeat it AGAIN to a different employee when you get to the window. Last night was the straw - decided to go inside because there were 2 cars in the drive thru but no one in the parking lot. I guess the "employees" decided that after the drive thru orders were done they'd BOTH take a nice little break out back - we waited inside for 5 minutes, alone (even though the buzzer went off) and not a single soul was in there. I literally could have cleaned them out of donuts and they wouldn't have even known (obviously I wouldn't but someone else could have!) We left. As I drove off, I saw the employees sitting outside the back door - at least leave ONE person in the store, don't leave it unattended!...
