This is digital IMAX. This is the only theater in a 50 mile radius where you are guaranteed a consistent, quality experience. That is because the IMAX brand has quality standards that must be adhered to. If you watch a movie anywhere else, be it digital Red, 35mm, etc, you are not guaranteed anything - focused projector, calibrated audio, etc - but the IMAX name brings a guarantee. Read moreAMC is really the only option for movie goers in pensacola. Their theaters are WAY less than other AMC theaters around the area, but I cannot afford to drive to Destin or to the Warf to enjoy a better movie experience! They advertise how wonderful they are on their screens before every movie and they show all the upgraded seats etc. that they have in other locations but not at either of the pensacola locations! The bathrooms are always ALWAYS NASTY, I've been in service station bathrooms that are cleaner! I've been to a movie now 3 different times in theater 11 at the Bayou Blvd location that has a huge stain down the middle of the screen, yet I haven't gotten any discount for watching movies on screens with big lines in the middle or for watching movies in theaters that have no heat or air-conditioning! I love going to the movies and I'm a member of their premium stubs program meaning I pay extra every year for purks, all I want is for them to take the time to give their loyal customers the movie going...
Read moreSuch a shame we try to support our local theaters (don't use them we lose them) We were so disappointed we wanted to order nachos... nope sold out how about pretzels...nope don't have those, how about some candy sorry don't have that either we have popcorn 😉. We ordered 2 drinks go over the self service machine and wait 1 out of 4 of the working machines had Coca-Cola, and most of the other selections were completely out. Come on management get in the game we are here to support you, when you can run to your local Sam's, dollar tree, or what about Walgreens to get your own coke and candy and pay so much less to watch the movie at home. Give us a reason to come to your establishment. Let's also mention that the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since 2020. 🤔 Please get in the game and get back to the reason we wanted to enjoy the Theater...
