Terrible! We ordered 6 lounge chairs, three side tables, two couches, a coffee table, side table and a large circular seating area. We spent ALOT of money in the store and have yet to receive all of our items, only half of our cushions showed up, we received items we did not buy, but did not receive one lounger and the couch side table. They came to deliver the items we hadn’t received but wanted to take a lounger and table. Uh no, why would you take one but leave one when we are missing them. They packed up our missing items and left with them. We have been struggling with Rooms To Go from the beginning to get the items that we have paid for to our house and have yet to have this resolved. Rooms To Go has not offered to help, expedite shipping, compensate or assist in anyway for this terrible experience. I will never buy...

I used to love coming here , but after last week I'll never come back! I heard nothing but gossip! Very unprofessional! I waited over 30 mins to tell them about my order by the office. This lady with blond hair and glasses I don't know if her name was Teresa or Theresa D was talking about how people are getting fired there and saying they retired even though they got fired, how the Disrict manger is on a rampage and firing people how some guy she seeing gave her her a sti and all sorts of crazy stuff!
