Wendy's — Restaurant in Pensacola

This is the first wendys I've been to in years. I've been meaning to go and try the breakfast baconator. When I went the first time it was lunch time so I got s jalapeno popper spicy chicken with some pub fries instead. Only problems were that they didn't take mobile pay like samsung pay, google pay, or Apple pay. I didn't have cash or a card on me so to get my meal I had to download the app and make a mobile order. The food was good and made me come back again later the same day. Then again the next morning to try the breakfast baconator. It was really great. Crispt bacon, good spice on the sausage. Cheesy. An egg. Loved it enough that after my son was discharged from the hospital i ended up going to my local wendys for lunch the breakfast the next day. I hadn't went to Wendy's in a while and this is what was available when I was at the hospital. I ordered a chocolate Frosty, the new hot honey chicken sandwich. Not the biscuit the one on the bun and fries. I've always liked their frosties it was thick and I noticed they had strawberry too but I stuck with chocolate. This is the first time I tried their new fries and they're really good too. But I have to give it only to stars because the chicken sandwich was horrible. The bottom bun was completely soggy I tasted no spiciness only honey, whatever the sauce was on it it was sloppy, they said they were out of some special pickle that they use on it but did I want regular pickles and I said sure but they forgot to put them on. Now I remember why I don't go there much stick with the frosties LOL. And now...

I just went through drive through at the time of this review. With no one in the drive thru or in the restaurant they had me hold at the speaker. When they got to me I informed them I had a mobile order. When I pulled up to the window 2 girls were hiding on their phones presumably from the manager while I sat with my window open waiting to be acknowledged at their convenience. Nice to feel the cold contrast with my car heater while I stare at two employees on their phone. When one caught me staring, she finally handed me my bottle of water. Within a minute they handed me my food. Her face said it all. She's not there to work, but to collect a paycheck and my disturbing her obviously completely annoyed her.
