At this point with all the dealings that I've had with this particular Arby's and the manager, Victor, I can seriously say I would never tell anybody to go to that location again! My son worked there for quite some time and when Victor decided to come into work with covid and start infecting people, my son stepped up and took over his work, managing, dealing with people that had complaints, dealing with employees, and being forced to try to figure out how to do the managers paperwork that he was never taught to do. Victor decided to come back into work and was sick again or still, and infected 6 employees. My son was fired for being there alone at night although Victor, the general manager, and Dustin the area manager, refused to give him enough people to have someone there with him at night while he was doing the managers paperwork. So, as he was waiting for his covid test that was being given there because Victor again had infected more people. By the way, that was the reason the lobby has been closed for weeks! Victor and Dustin fired my son and then informed him that he was now carrying covid just as we had taken his two-year-old daughter back to her mom's because she had been visiting with us. So great job Victor and Dustin! Victor you have almost run your employees off completely! You're rude, obnoxious, and total lack of respect or concern for anyone else's well-being I'm sure will be the final straw that...
Read moreOn our way here, myself and my husband were asking why we don’t eat here often, then we found out. Ordered and took almost 10 minutes to get our order at the drive through. While waiting I watched an employee trying to snake a drain and afterwards went back to work without washing his hands, luckily he didn’t touch our stuff. Then we got our food and the worker told us that was all, I still hadn’t received my drink which I told him about. Got home (est 4 mile drive) unpacked my 4 kids and food, sat everybody down with their food only to realize my sandwich was missing. I called 3 times to make sure they were still open and no answer. Drove back anyways since everybody else was sitting down to eat. Upon arrival I told them about my 1 missing sandwich and they asked for a receipt, it was obviously back home with the rest of my family sitting down together eating. He told me they will honor this one time but next time bring my receipt. My receipt on my 4 miles back to a sandwich you forgot to give me? Sure. Now I remember why we don’t come here. Read moreOrder using the app to try the burger they're making a big deal about. I only ordered 1 burger. I arrived 5 min early, so i sat in the parking lot until 1 min after my given pickup time. The burger wasn't ready at the time I was provided. It wasn't cooked until I got there. There was no line inside and only 2 cars in driventhru. There wasn't a rush of online customers walking in to pick up food. Really, there's no reason for the delay that I could see. I get McDonald's for my kids. I can place 3 full orders on the app and the food is in my car within minutes of checking in on their app and they walk it out to me with a smile. Never fails.
The gentleman at the counter was working both drive-thru and walk-in orders. He was very nice and apologetic for the delay but really did nothing to make up for the delay.
Quality of the burger was a letdown and not worth the wait...
