Arby's — Restaurant in Peoria

I absolutely love Arby's, I'm a avid-lifetime fan of their original Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches for sure! Even though, there are a lot of the items on their menu that I cannot eat, due to a tree nut allergy(the worst of the bunch being pecans), I still love the items that I can order! There milkshakes for instance, are to die for! Absolutely magnificent! If you're in the mood for one of the more classic milkshakes, whether it's the classic Chocolate, Vanilla, or Strawberry type shakes-they have them! Even if you have a hankering for something that's just a tad bit more off the well-beaten-path, because you're one of the more adventurous types? Then, Arby's can please those peculiar taste buds just as easily! They have some of the most absolutely delicious milkshakes, such as the limited time Mint Chocolate Shake, that's only available a select few times of the year! Then, they have they're list of they're beloved milkshakes, that are made perfectly yewr around-every single day, that are perfect for the people who are always looking for something different! The list includes The Jamocha, The Triple Chocolate Cookie, The Salted Caramel & The Chocolate Cookie, and my own personal recommendation of the amazing Apple Turnover & Cherry Turnover shakes! They both are delicious, you really can't go wrong either way! Plus, the best part of Arby's shakes would have to be, by far their sizes! A large at Arby's is at least 3x's-4x's the size of even an extra-large at any other restaurant who serves milkshakes -GUARANTEED! The size of a small shake at Arby's would be the closest size that they serve in shakes that would be somewhat equal to that of a large shake at, let's say, a McDonald's restaurant, and for the same price!? Simply put; if you have the opportunity to choose Arby's for tonight's milkshakes, then make the choice! I can promise you that you won't be disappointed! Way to go Arby's!! YOU GUYS ARE THE...

I haven't been to an Arby's in quite a while (2ish years) and wanted to try one of those new smokehouse sandwiches. Had a coupon for $5 for the meal and also got one of the sliders (you can get a beef and cheddar one if you ask) So $6 total for the meal and it was amazing, 8/10, definitely alot of food! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was great.

I haven't had this type of experience at a fast food place since Taco Bell, which I eat at often. Very impressed with the remodel and overall the food has improved since I last remembered it.

I went to the manager to compliment them and he asked if I would do the online survey. I happily took 10 minutes to do it, because I know Corporate really takes them seriously. I didn't win a gift...

Went to the drive thru on 10/21/19 around 8pm and I received immediate attention from the cashier.

I ordered a Double Beef N’ Cheddar Combo with FRESH curly fries, and a Hi-C Fruit Punch with NO ICE. I also ordered a 3 piece Chicken Tender Combo, with FRESH curly fries and a Dr. Pepper. I received ice in my Hi-C, COLD and OLD curly fries for both meals.

Not only did the cashier repeat my order back to me before asking me to pull forward, she BLATANTLY ignored my simple requests, but I paid nearly $20 of hard earned money and I feel so disappointed in the quality of service.
