This location is an absolute joke. Paid $23 for half of an order, the 2 halves of my order cost $13 (combo) and $9 total. I pulled up to the intercom and was prompted to give my order to an automated voice. I tried to explain that I wanted a modified chicken sandwich meal and it couldn't figure out what I wanted it to do, so I asked for a staff member. It took a few tries for it to finally tell me "Please wait while I get someone to assist you". It said this a few times... and then for about 4 minutes silence. I finally (loudly) said "Hello?!" and the employee asked for me to come to the window. I come to the window and the rude lady asked what my order was and I explained what I wanted in more detail. Before I could even say more than a few words she interrupted me with "is that all?" I listed off the rest of the items while she rolled her eyes. Chicken sandwich meal with large waffle fries and diet coke, 3 jalapeno double cheese burgers. Pretty easy I think. At least easy enough to push buttons on a screen, I thought. I was told to go wait at the front of the building so of course I forgot to ask for ranch because if you ask for ranch too early they either forget it or throw the leaking ranch cups all over your exposed fries and make a mess. She brings out my order, clearly hating her entire existence and annoyed that she has to do her terrible job... she walks away. No drink for me I guess... no waffle fries.... no ranch... no receipt so I have no power in this situation... ZERO reason to ever come back to this sad excuse of a fast food chain. This was the location at 9360 W Northern Ave, Peoria, AZ at about 7:00pm. Not sure if this lady was mad that she had to do her job, that her job is now taken over by a machine that knows the menu better than her, or if they simply stopped paying her because of her poor attitude. Whatever the case, she needs training desperately. Looking at other reviews for this place, It looks like management doesn't care. Would sure be nice if they actually cared about who they hired. Read more8 months ago I did a bad review because of service and wrong order, so we waited to see if anything changed and decided to try again 8 months later, well yet again our order was given to us in the drive thru and they forgot our zucchini, we had to pull around and wait while they cooked our zucchini, meanwhile, our other food is getting cold. So I walked in and 5 of the employees came out from the back room area after about 2 min of me standing there, they put my zucchini in a bag right away so which means I was waiting for nothing. The manager needs to train these younger kids customer service and how to properly work and not goof off on the clock.
Ordered thru the drive thru tonight, ordered a number 12 and a number 2, the guy got it wrong the first time so we had to repeat it again, he told us our total and again something didn't seem right, so when we got to the window the manager told us our total and my husband said that's not right, we then repeated our order for the 3rd time and looked at the guy who took our order and said to him they order 2 meals not 1. So then the guy asked what we wanted for the 4th time and after repeating again, he still asked what we wanted to drink and if we wanted a large fry even after saying it again. We told the manager that we wanted fresh food now that we had to wait for our second meal, we watched her and she thru it back in the warmer, so I went inside and stood and watched her and it was at that time she told the cook to make fresh food, so if I wouldn't have gone inside she would have given us the old. Read moreOrdered a meal through the drive thru and they failed to put a patty in my burger. I didn't notice until I got home. Which is about 5 miles away from the restaurant. I called the store and they wanted to me to drive all the way back for a replacement. (No refund offered at the time.). The assistant manager (Betty) stated she was going to calll the manager to see what they can do. After a few rounds of calling back and forth the manager gave me a "courtesy call" only because he knew I was frustrated by now. Just to tell me there's nothing they can do. Then he insisted that I was attacking him because I simply stated your store lacks the competence to run an establishment without you being there. Then he hung up on me. No refund offered yet again. Only to replace said patty that was missing. Something that could've been rectified in the matter of minutes too over 45 minutes of calling back and forth just to be hung up on the the STORE MANAGER himself. Very poorly run location. I wouldn't recommend going there with the way they treat customers over an issue that THEY created. I hope it's a corporate ran location so they can look further into the poor management skills of their store manager and Betty the assistant manager. Who orders a burger with no patty?!?
